Day 6
in the relationship

...

grumpy didn't want to tag along in finding new clothes.

jimin huffs as he flicks his hair off his shoulder, searching through the rack of men and women's clothes.

he just wanted to go shopping with his boyfriend and be lovey-dovey in the mall but yoongi was being a grumpy sloth like he usually is.

"oh? you're yoongi-hyung's friend right?"

a familiar voice snaps jimin's attention away from the rack he was looking through.

it was hoseok.

jimin turns his head the other way and bit his lip in as he curses under his breath, before turning back around to smile fakely at hoseok.

"i never got to introduce myself, i'm hoseok"

"jimin"

the tall charming guy brings his hand out and jimin hesitantly shook it, bowing before sneakily walking away from hoseok, but the charming guy only followed him.

he tried to pretend that he was oblivious of hoseok still following him around the clothing store. but after a few minutes, jimin felt a little annoyed.

"excuse me? can i help you? do you need anything?"

jimin snaps.

"no, i just wanted to accompany you while shopping. you seemed lonely earlier"

hoseok smiles brightly, jimin can't deny the fact that this guy's aura just screams "i'm very friendly" and he just doesn't have the heart to shoo him away.

jimin sighs. well, he was in fact a bit lonely maybe some help with choosing his and yoongi's clothes would be nice.

"fine, come help me pick some clothes for yoongi"

**

"all black?"

"yeah, his wardrobe is basically satan's clothing line"

jimin laughs a little too loud at hoseok's unnecessary comparison of his boyfriend and satan.

the sound of jimin's soft giggles only made hoseok's heart thump in his chest.

god, he is adorable.

"how long have you known yoongi?"

"about six months, we met at the café i work at. namjoon, always sets him up with dates but none ever worked"

hoseok chuckles as they walked towards the counter going to pay for their new clothes.

"maybe they were ugly?"

jimin kids but hoseok's eyes widened in defense at jimin's comment.

"hell no, they were all beautiful. big buns and long legs"

jimin felt a pinch in his chest as he handed the cash to pay for the clothes.

"oh.. why didn't he date one of them? they seemed so perfect"

"i don't know maybe he just wasn't into perfection or because his definition of perfection.. is you?"

as they walked side by side out of the store, hoseok carrying jimin's paperbags. jimin looks at hoseok.

"me?"

"yeah, i saw the way he looked at you while you were ordering at the café yesterday"

hoseok laughs

"he looked like he was staring at the most beautiful artpiece, his eyes never left you even for a second. hell, i understand why though.."

jimin blushes as they walked through the mall, just strolling.

"hoseok, look—"

"okay, hear me out. i like you and i would like to date you jimin.."

jimin's breath hitched in his throat. what the hell?!

"..but i like to keep my friendship with yoongi-hyung more, because he's already like my brother. i can't do that to him"

hoseok grins, totally shocking jimin with his confession. he was such a good friend and now jimin felt even more comfortable with hoseok, knowing that the guy knew his boundaries.

"i'm sorry about yesterday that was disrespectful of me.. but i mean you can still call me though, i'm your friend now"

jimin nods grinning happily. hoseok was someone that you need in your life, he is that friend, that individual that just makes everything seem better.

everyone needs a jung hoseok in their life.

but little did the newly labeled friends knew, they were being watched by a certain grumpy sloth, that goes by the name, min yoongi.
