Chapter 8: You knew!?

After the elimination round they had a few months break (I think. Lol sorry I forgot)

-after a few weeks in suna-
Naruto and his team were eating at a ramen shop

"So tiring!!!..I wonder who we'll face next" akari said playing with the chopsticks

"Same...welp! Actually I kinda missed my friends in Konoha too...I was glad they didn't forget me" naruto smiles and slurps soup

"You missed them?..come on..you were rude to them...that doesn't show that you miss them" kaito said before slurping noodles

"...well...*sigh*... you see I said I missed them but...we changed...they changed...it's like..I don't know I feel like I don't know them anymore...welp! In all my experience so far as a ninja and a Jinchuuriki you need to not let your emotions get in your way...emotions will show your weakness ya' know" naruto said

"Well...I'll agree to you on the last part...I mean I learned to conceal my emotions because of my dad ever since I was 5 and it helped a lot on missions" akari said then naruto and akari looked at kaito.
Kaito noticed and looked at them confused then said "what?"

"Don't you have anything to share? I mean me and Akari are really deep here!!" Naruto said and laughed

"Hahaha...well...I mean I also learned to conceal emotions...when I was young I liked experimenting and poisons so I sometimes accidentally poison or even kill someone and...one of them was a....close... friend of mine" kaito said....

"....yah...now we're all deep...*cough* sorry..." naruto awkwardly said

"Nah it's fine.." kaito said then they continued eating. After a few minutes they finished and payed

"You know we should have sensei treat us...I mean he never treats us out!!" Naruto said

"We can have him treat us after the exams. Either as a better-luck-next-time treat or a congrats one!" Akari said then kaito nodded

-in konoha-

After the elimination round the konoha 11 went to the hokages office

"Hokage-sama!!" Kiba yelled and opened the door and entered followed by the others

"Kiba..oh.. what do you guys need?" The hokage asked

"N-naruto...he's in suna" sakura said

".... I know" the hokage said

"Y-you know?" Sasuke asked

"Yes...the kazekage sent me a letter a few days after he left" the hokage said

The konoha 12 were silent for a few second. Processing what the hokage just said before yelling a "WHAT!?!" I unison

"W-why didn't you tell us?" Sakura asked

"...well...if you guys knew then you would have went there and try to bring them back, right?" The Hokage said

"....yah..but that doesn't explain anything!" Kiba said

"Well...it does because from what the kazekage said, he seems happy in suna..." the hokage said

"But hokage-sama you should have still told us cause I mean... we were worried so much for him" Shino said

"Yah..but if I did tell you, you all won't just sit there and be fine with it." The hokage said

"...he's right" sasuke said

"...but I don't like the new naruto" kiba said

"True he's changed" Shino said

"What do we do?" Choji asked before taking another chip and eating it (lol this reminds me of the part in death note where light was like "I'll take a potato chip,.... and eat it!!!" Lmao!!)

"We could just talk to him more in the chuunin exam" neji said

"Y-yah...so that we could make him f-feel welcome" hinata said

"Yah! We could do that!!" Sakura exclaimed

"Thanks hokage-sama...we will be going now" kiba bowed before leaving the room followed by the konoha 11

Meanwhile in sunagakure:

"The next part of the chuunin exam is almost there so we have to practice more!!" There sensei said

Then they all nodded and continued practicing. They were practicing where they were weak at. naruto at genjutsu, kaito At taijutsu and akari at ninjutsu. After a few weeks of training and resting. It was finally time for the next part of the chuunin exam.
