Chapter 36

*Grace's P.O.V*
I laid in bed thinking of everything that has happened in my life. I've had a pretty rough one if I say so myself. I almost died and I lost one of best friends. My phone started ringing. Louis. "Hello!" I said happily. "Umm hey." he sounded upset. "What's wrong?" I asked concerned. "We need to talk.." "Okay.." I said confused. "I'll meet you at Starbucks in five. Okay?" "Yeah" I hung up and walked into my closet grabbing a hoodie and walked to Starbucks.
I walked in and saw Louis sitting in a booth with his head down and a coffee in between his hands. I sat across from him and he lifted his head. "Hey.." I said. He gave me a small smile. It was then I noticed he had a bruise on his jaw. "What happened?" I asked concerned. "Nothing." It then hit me. "Niall hit you!" He nodded slowly. "I can't beliv-" he cut me off. "Grace it doesn't matter." "Yes it does Lou!" I was beyond angry. "Grace! can we just forget about it for a minute I have to tell you something." I nodded for him to go on. "We can't do this." I gave him a confused look. "We need to break up Gracie." he said sadly. "I knew this would happen" I said quietly. I got up and walked to the door but was stopped by a hand grabbing my arm. I turned slightly to see it was Louis. "I do love you Gracie" I shook my head and jerked my arm away from him. I ran back home. Niall was going to get an earful when I got home.
