Chapter 22

*****Six Months Later****
Luke's P.O.V
I sat there holding Grace's hand praying she would wake up soon. I mean seriously she has been in a coma for like six months. Niall hasn't left the hospital. One of the boys bring him clothes and he just sits in a chair by her side only leaving to eat and use the bathroom. I come everyday, I mean we weren't dating but I really cared about her not so much as a girlfriend like I thought I did in the beginning more as a sister though. Louis comes in the mornings and sits in the corner and leaves when visiting hours are over. Eleanor broke up with him because he told her that he cared about Grace. The rest of the boys come and visit once in awhile. Grace's dad flew out her as soon as he found out and her mom and other brother come about three times a week. Tour had been put on hold and most of the fans understood Niall was in no condition to play and in that case neither was Louis. "How is she?" a voice pulled me from my thoughts. I looked back to see Bethany. "Same." I said and turned back to Grace. Bethany walked up and put a hand on my shoulder "Come on Luke let's go get some coffee." She said and grabbed my hand. I just nodded and we started walking down the hall. I had grown very close to Bethany through out all of this. She was very strong for someone who might lose one of their closest friends. I glanced over and she gave me a big smile. "When Grace wakes back up and everything goes back to normal I want to take you on a date." I said. "I think that would be lovely Luke." We both smiled and keep walking to the cafeteria.
****Louis P.O.V*****
I sat in the corner and watched Luke leave with Bethany. I smiled at them glad that some people could be happy right now. "Hey Lou I think I'm going to walk to star bucks got to think about some things." Niall said from the door. I just nodded and watched him walk out. I stood from my corner and walked to the chair beside her. She looked beautiful and peaceful. "Hey Grace, it's me Louis. I don't know if you can hear me or not but I'm going to talk to you anyways. I was stupid. For picking Eleanor over you she was only using me for fame she didn't make me happy. You make me happy, your smile, your laugh, your eyes. They light up my world and not being able to see them the last six months has killed me. It has took me a long time to realize this but I'm in love with you Grace. I love you so much please wake up I need you. Please I love you." I said as tears started streaming down my face I couldn't lose her. I don't know what I will do if I do lose her.
