It was the morning of Jades first day at the Dimston High School. Nervous butterfly's spread throughout her body as she made herself look presentable and not like a geek, going with some skinny jeans with a black vest and a cardigan. She strolled downstairs and into the living area where Danny was sitting eating his breakfast, "morning chicken, your toast and cuppa is on the table behind you" he said with a mouth full of toast, Jade giggled and started to eat her breakfast.
"Jadey, are you set to go?" Helen shouted as she gathered herself up to go to work. Jade went upstairs to check herself over again and to get her bag, she look at the clock and it read 10:32 am yeah I'm already late...
The school halls were bare as the petite girl ran through them, trying to make her way to the small reception in enough time to get to her next lesson in time. The reception sign came into view with a small desk and a very large woman sat picking at her fingers. "Hi, um, I'm Jade Thirlwall, I'm new here and it's my first day today" the womans badge read 'Diana' and she looked up with a cocky attitude.
"Yeah yeah, I don't want your life story. You're late, so here's your timetable, a map and the books you missed this morning. Good luck you'll need it" Diana passed Jade all her things and went back to doing nothing.
"Er thanks?" Jades brows furrowed together, she looked down at her timetable and started to make her way over to the classroom she needed to be in next. 'What a moody and rude bitch' she thought to herself, the map in her hands lead her to a small maths classroom round the corner from the reception and since nobody was around or in the classroom she decided to go in and get herself a seat early.
The bell rang after ten minutes of Jade being in the classroom and different students started to fill up the room, earning Jade a few strange looks. She was so lost in memorising her timetable that she didn't notice a group of four girls surrounding her. "Oi brat, move that's my seat" a tall brunette raised her hand and pushed Jades things off the desk, making the other three laugh at her actions. Jade scrambled to the floor collecting her stuff up and moved to one of the desks at the front but she can still hear the slight chuckles and remarks from the girls at the back. They must be the popular sluts, keep away from them Jade she gave herself a mental note and in walked the teacher.
"Morning class, sorry I'm late" the young woman walked over to her desk infront of Jade and placed the stack of books she was carrying down.
"It's okay miss, your ass makes up for it" a boy from the back of the class called out and the rest of the students burst into fits of laughter.
"David" she started to walk over to his desk at the back of the class and leant over so that he could see a full view down her top "talk like that one more time, and you'll be out of my class and down at the head teachers office faster than I can say horny teenager" a smirk found it's way over her lips as she strutted back to the front of the class leaving David all hot and flustered. "Right then, oh I forgot we have a new student today. Hello I'm Miss Johnson" she gave Jade a warm smile whilst standing infront her, shit I sitting here like an idiot without giving my name.
"I'm Jade, Jade Thirlwall" she returned the smile back and Miss Johnson started the class. I think I'm going to enjoy this class.
Lunch. Cafeteria food that everybody hates. Every pair of eyes burning holes in the back of you as you collect you food from the stands. Then getting judge as you turn around to look for a spare seat to sit on.
Jade decided to sit on the steps outside, knowing she'll have peace and quite and nobody to disturb her. She finished her cafeteria food pretty quickly and then remembered she has a squashed peanut butter sandwich that Helen made for her this morning.
"Hey you!" Jade looked up, she thought she was alone but clearly not. A girl started to walk down the pathway to her, her hair was thick and brown cascading down her chest, her body full of curves that suited her well. "Hey, why haven't I seen you before" the girl jogged slightly towards Jade, sitting down next to her on the steps.
"I-it's my firssst dday today, I'm nnew here" Jade stuttered out, questioning herself why she was actually nervous to talk to this girl.
"I'm jesy" hmm jesy I like it she thought to herself. "How come you're stuttering" Jesy picked it up then, her eyes are so green and her freckles just look like they've been painted on.
"Uh, I actually don't know but I'm Jade" she held out her hand for Jesy to take whilst smiling at her.
"I've actually got to run but nice to meet you peanut" she got up and brushed herself down, jades brows furrowed together making Jesy laugh at her. "Your sandwich, it's peanut butter. I thought I'd just call you it" they both let out giggles "see you around Jade". I like her, she seems nice and confident jade thought to herself as the bell went signalling for the last lesson, she got up checking her timetable and off she went to her first history class.
The class was half full when Jade reached it, she took a seat in the middle of the class, between two of her classmates. "Hey you're a lil hottie, why haven't I seen you here before?" The boy on her left leaned across, a smirk plastered across his face as he studied Jade carefully, "I'm Jake"
"And I'm taken" Jade thought if she'd just say she was maybe he'd get off her case.
"Well I'm sure your boyfriend won't mind you spending time with me?" Jake still sat staring at Jade with a smirk still on his face.
"I'm sure my girlfriend would mind" she tried hinting at the girlfriend part, hoping he'd back away.
"What?" His face dropped, now Jade had the smirk on her face.
"Sorry, I bat for the other team" she turned back to face the front, hoping that the teacher would just walk into the classroom and save her from talking to the freak next to her.
"I'll be able to change that after you spent a night with the Jaker" he shot Jade a wink and she pretended to gag.
"Ew" her face screwed up, she physically felt sick just talking to this guy.
"Come on baby atle-"
"Morning, morning, morning how is everybody on this fine afternoon" a giddy small man came skipping into the classroom, oh god a fussy old man what else can I ask for Jade already hated this class.
