You ran to Sayori's house, you should've known not to just leave her there. After what she told you, you thought you'd be more careful about that. You know it's obviously not easy for her.
You're mind goes a thousand miles, you finally reach her place. Of course her door is unlocked, you walk in. "Sayori?"
No response.
You walk to her room and knock. "Sayori? Wake up.."
No response,
Is this a breach of privacy? Should you really be just opening her bedroom door after walking into her house without her permission? No it's fine. She's leaving you no choice.
"I'm coming in.." You open the door and immediately stumble back, freezing almost immediately. The color leaving your face, going pale and almost feeling like you need to vomit.
This can't be real. Sayori wouldn't do this, right? This can't be happening. She told you about how she felt but you didn't think she'd ever do this.
Your throat closes and you can't get any words out.
'I could've stopped this. I had one chance and now I can't take this back. She was counting on me. I failed her when she needed me most.'
Maybe if you'd have not left without her and actually took into account how she was feeling this wouldn't be happened. Didn't you know what's best for her? This definitely wasn't it.
