Kyle's POV
This odd man dressed in a football jersey drags me from the band room.
"Who are you people?" I say.
"Nothing you need to worry about just yet," the man holding my arm says.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask.
"So full of annoying questions. Just shut up and walk," the man growls.
They take me outside of the school with my hands held behind my back. A black SUV is sitting outside the door. The man behind me puts his hand on my head and pushes me inside the car.
"I'm not so sure this is legal," I say.
"Like the laws here apply to us," the man replies.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"All will be explained in due time," a soft woman's voice says. "You have nothing to worry about. You're safe now. You can untie him."
My hands are released from behind me and I look at the woman. She isn't unfortunate looking. Quite beautiful infact. She has long flowing blonde hair, with vibrant icey blue eyes. Her face is sort of an arrow shape, very thin. Her skin is sun kissed. It has the impression that it is glowing. She is wearing a black lace dress with black open toed heels and black lace gloves. She has black earrings and necklace to accompany her dress. She looks at me.
"What did you mean by I'm safe now?" I ask.
"Like I said, all will be explained in due time. Just relax and enjoy the ride," she smiles. Her teeth are a blinding white.
"What is going on here?" I think to myself.
Naomi's POV
"Shawn? Why are you and I the only ones unfrozen? Why did those people take Kyle? What is happening?" I say frantically as we are running down the hallway in the direction the men took Kyle.
"Naomi, I'll explain in a sec but we need to get in a more secure and private location," he says. He stops and grabs my hand. "Do you trust me?"
"Uh, yeah?" I say hesitanty.
With that he picks me up bridal style and sprints down the hallway. He kicks open the main entrance door and runs out of the school. He holds me tighter as he suddenly jumps ontop of a building and continues to hop from roof to roof. He lands on the ground infront of his house and puts me down.
"Follow me," he says.
I follow him into his house. He shuts and locks the door.
"Shawn, I'm scared. How did you just do that, what is going on?" I say.
"Just- just sit down," he sighs. "You have a huge wave of info that's about to explode on you."
"Uh... ok then," I say. I sit on the couch in his living room and he sits on the recliner across from me.
"Now, where to start. Well Naomi, I don't know how else to say this so I'm just gonna say it. You are a worrior. A special type of human that is used as protection to very important people in the world. Usually supernatural beings or royalty. I am also one of these worriors. I've been trained since birth to be a unstoppable fighting machine. That is why we are the only ones not frozen. We have special DNA and supernatural powers that cause us to me immune from certain things. One of them being time spells. You may ask why am I here in highschool. The answer is simple. I was on a mission to protect someone. That someone is Kyle. He is someone very special in the world of supernatural beings. He is the King's son. The long lost prince if you will. There is a whole underlying system that normal humans aren't supposed to know about. You and Kyle know nothing of this because he was kiddnapped when he was a baby. You, well. Your village was attacked and you were the only survivor. You were found by a couple that was wondering through the woods. It's actually quite amazing that you and Kyle ended up in the same area. That made it easier on me to watch you both,"
"Hold on a second. I'm some sort of special worrior and Kyle is a prince?" I gasp.
"You aren't just any worrior. You have the blood of the most powerful royal worrior in all of history. Your father was the right hand man of the king, until, sadly, he was murdered in the same massacre that destroyed your town," he says.
"And you're not joking," I ask.
"On my life and the life of the king I promise you I'm telling you the 100% truth," he assures me.
"Ok, so why did those people take Kyle?" I ask. "Are they working for the king? To bring him home maybe?"
"No way. That was my assignment. Well, it was that he grow up a normal childhood since that's what he knew and to wait till he was 18 to take him home. Those were my orders, straight from the king himself. I would have been notified if there was a change in plan. Someone kiddnapped him. Again," he sighs.
"Well then, what are we waiting for? We have to save him!" I get up from the couch and walk over to the door.
"We can't yet. Or at least you can't. You need training before we go. I can't do this alone but you are in no way fit to run into this yet. You have to train first," he says from behind me.
"How long will it take to train me?" I ask.
"Ask long as it takes. It depends on how fast you learn," he answers.
"Then lets get started," I say.

Orginal word count: 961Hi everyone! chapter 4, how do you like? I was told last chapter was kinda confusing so I hope this chapter clears up most of the questions you might have had. If you still have some, well that's good that means I'm doing my job as a good writer and you have to wait till chapter 5, 6, and so on for some answers.
