A few days had passed and, some nights was peaceful but some nights sounded terrifying! Last night, I went to sleep for the 2nd time but during the night, I could hear screaming, banging and people calling for help. I ignored it for a couple of minutes but soon after, I found it difficult to sleep.
(Last Night)
"Ugh this is no point!" I leaped out of bed feeling my face turning red with anger every second. A wave of cold air past my neck making myself get goosebumps all on my arms. Suddenly, I looked at my alarm clock of which the time was 05:22 am. "Why is my new neighbour awake at 05:22 for?!" I sighed. "I couldn't ask the neighbour to keep the noise down yet, could I? After all, it is my first week living here." I told myself. I grabbed my icy water from my table, and took a little sip of water and then being very careful not to spill any water, I put the cup down back on the table. Afterwards, I slowly went back to sleep without any distractions.
