#kidnapped?

-Third person POV-

"Is this the place Inoue?" Hanasaki asked.

Inoue took out a sheet of paper from his pocket and replied back with a small nod. "we're here. " he said in a soft voice.

"We have to find an entrance. Inoue can you contact Noro and ask her if she can find us an entrance?" Said Hanasaki.

"Give me a minute...."

Inoue dialled Noro's number on his smart watch and after a few seconds, Noro picked up the call, already having an answer to the boys' problem.

"I'm sending you the location right now." She said.

Within minutes after they received the location, they went straight to it, finally able to successfully break into the hideout.

"Hanasaki, Inoue. There's a two guards guarding the door to the laboratory. You'll have to find another way." Noro said, sending them another route.

While the boys were making their way into the laboratory, Hanasaki couldn't help but get anxious thinking about Kobayashi. Inoue placed his hand on Hanasaki's shoulder.

"Worried about him?" He asked.

"What else should I be worried about. I'm sure he's angry at me. I just hope he'll forgive me later." Replied the other male with a soft sigh.

"Of course he will forgive you. It's Kobayashi we're talking about here. He won't be angry at you forever."

Knowing well that Inoue doesn't like to talk about stuff like this but still decided to comfort him, made Hanasaki happy. He felt grateful having friends like Inoue and Noro.

"Thanks." He said softly and continued on with their mission.

When they finally arrived in front of the laboratory, they discovered more than what they wanted. Files and files of test subjects, vials of weird coloured liquid, medical records and weird medicines, all set up on a huge stainless steel desk. Hanasaki and Inoue couldn't help themselves but get sick from just looking at it.

"Let's see if we can get anything here." Inoue said.

The boys went straight to digging. They checked files after files, only to discover that Kobayashi wasn't the first person to get tested. Most of them had terrible results, they became deaf, blind, paralysed, some even died after consuming the virus.

Some test subjects were kidnapped or taken away from their families so they could perform some elaborate tests on them. They were put to brutal test and torture by the scientist.

"This is sick...." Inoue muttered, grimacing.

"I guess Kobayashi is still lucky....compared to the rest of them of course." Hanasaki said in a soft voice.

They continued their search for another fifteen minutes but found nothing solid about the experiment.

"We have to search some other rooms for more information. Ask Noro of She can get us the location of their office." Inoue said to Hanasaki.

Hanasaki nodded and dialled Noro's number again. Before Noro could answer, Hanasaki cancelled the call and ducked behind the desk. He motioned Inoue to hid as well.

"Why?" Asked Inoue.

Hanasaki our a finger on his lips, motioning Inoue to keep his mouth shut. "Someone's coming..." he whispered.

The boys stayed at quiet as they could behind the desk. They heard heavy footsteps coming towards their direction, getting louder by the second.

"I can't believe we're stuck doing this." Said a man. He sounded annoyed and frustrated.Maybe the experiment is still far from perfections?
