its been about a month since kian told me he loved me. today is christmas and my parents came to la to celebrate. we would've celebrated in anaheim but they said my place would be best

ry and jade are no longer together which means, we hang out more. i never told him about mine and kians conversation, or anyone really

"okay listen up," my dad started, "since you two always wanted a pet but we never allowed it til you two moved out-"

"you got us a doggo?!" ry screamed making all of us laugh. my mom nodded, "he's in our car" she said

i ran up to my room and slid a hoodie on. "let's go get him" i squealed

ry and i grabbed the keys from our mom and ran to the elevator. "hurry up elevator!!" ry screamed

once we got to the parking garage we ran towards our parents car

we unlocked it and saw a small golden retriever.

he reminded me of hazel

"aww!!" i squealed picking him up. "what should we name him" i asked

"goldie" ry suggested. "are you fucking stupid" i laughed

"what about corves" i suggested. "yes" he said snapping his fingers

our parents appeared out of the elevator. "do you like him" my dad asked. ry and i violently nodded our heads not taking our eyes off corves

"what're you planning on naming him" my mom asked

"corves" we laughed. we took all his things out of the car and to our apartment

"ill get the door" i said picking up corves. "delivery for kameryn anderson" the delivery guy said

"i didn't order anything" i said. "well somebody sent thing to you" he smiled before walking off

there was a note attached to the box,

hey, i know we stopped talking cause i accused you of things but, after all it is the holidays. enjoy this gift ;)

"who's it from" ry asked. "um, surprisingly ryan" i giggled

"you had another man in your life" my mom asked. "no-" i was cut off by ry talking

"he accused her of having a relationship with kian and stuff like that. basically long story short, he called her things and cut off all ties with her" he said

"why would he assume you and kian were in a relationship" my mom asked. "cause that morning, we went out for brunch and i was wearing kians hoodie" i said

"did you two do anything" she asked. i looked over at ry and he was shaking his head slightly. "uh, no" i awkwardly said

my parents sighed in relief

"okay well how about we have christmas dinner" my mom suggested. we nodded and began serving our plates. "well talk more about him later" ry said. "i hate you" i whispered

"you love me" he smirked. i rolled my eyes and nodded

we served our food and sat down at the table. "well kam, you graduated!" my mom said. "yep" i smiled

"so we're gonna have a graduation party at our house. invite all your friends, and even that ryan boy. i wanna see if he was suitable to date you" my dad said

"no," i laughed ,"he probably wouldn't wanna show up anyway" i said

"so ryan, how are you and jade" my mom asked

ry had only told me, not his friends or parents

"um, well we broke up" he said. "aw, why" my mom said

"she accused me of cheating" he said. "why do we get accused of things" i asked

"what do you mean" my dad asked. "ry got accused of cheating and i got accused to screwing around with kian" i said. "oh, also before your dad and i began dating, he had a girlfriend and when they broke up, she said he broke up with her cause he was messing around with me" my mom said

"sound familiar" ry asked

"huh? kam, explain" my parents asked

"uh, kian had a girlfriend. one day he came over and we talked-"

"kameryn anderson, if you tell me you two did something i will-" i cut my mom off

"that didn't happen, just let me finish. so anyway we talked. he said he wasn't happy in the relationship and when they broke up, she said he broke up with her cause i wanted to have sex with him, without feeling guilty" i said

"did you two do anything" she asked

the kiss on the side of his house

"oh um, no" i lied

"good" my mom smiled

"so about the graduation party" i said changing the subject

"so the graduation party is gonna be next week?" i asked. "yep" my dad said

"okay. well if anything happens ill let you know" i smiled saying goodbye

"bye" by mom said closing the door

"tomorrow we're gonna get corves his tag and things like that. okay" i said

"okay. im tired so im gonna go to sleep" he said. "okay. im gonna stay up a little bit more to edit" i lied

"okay" he said. he picked up corves and gave him a little kiss. "goodnight" he said and put corves on the ground. he went to his room

"come on corves" i said. corves followed me up to my room, with a little difficulty with the stairs which was cute. i changed into pajamas and brushed my teeth. i hopped into bed

i miss him.

i miss his smile.

i miss his laugh.

i miss his smell.

i miss his voice

i miss his goodnight texts at midnight

i miss him
