Chapter 10

I got out of the shower and dried off. I wrapped the towel back around myself and walked out. I went into Jacobs room and grabbed some jeans and a nice top. I put them on and walked out. Jacob was coming down the stairs.
"Are you gonna stay there with me?" I asked.
"I'll stay as long as you want me to" he answered. He nodded and pulled me into a hug. I wrapped my arms around him and closed my eyes. He kissed the top of my head. I pulled away and we got ready to go.
We pulled up in front of my uncles house and got out. He grabbed my hand as we walked to the door. I knocked on it and Carter answered the door.
"Come on" he said walking away from the door. We walked in and I closed the door. My dad was cooking and I saw another woman helping him. I stopped in the doorway. He looked at me and Jacob. He smiled.
"Mary this is my beautiful daughter and her boyfriend Jacob" my dad said.
"Who the fuck is she?" I asked him. My dad looked at her and then at the food he was making.
"Let's just eat dinner. It will be ready in a few minutes" he answered. I looked at Jacob. He pulled my hand to the dining room and we sat down. Carter and Kelly were already sitting down.
"Where's the kiddos?" Jacob asked.
"My sisters until 9" Kelly answered. Carter looked away from us and then got up. He sat down on the other side of me. My dad and Mary brought in the food. They set it down on the table and sat down next to each other. I looked at the food closely. It was all my favorite food. I stood up. I bent down with my hands on the table and looked directly at my dad. My anger was getting worse.
"So dad are you gonna tell me about your new whore or not? Cause you made all of my favorite foods. She's here. Carter's kids aren't here which I know is because of me and my anger" I said. He looked at Mary. He looked at me and I could see the anger on him. He stood up.
"Jenifer Penelope Mason you will sit your ass down and show me some respect. I'm your father not some stranger" he said.
"Tell me what the hell you need to say so I can leave" I demanded.
"I'll be in the kitchen" Kelly said leaving.
"I'm staying here" Carted said as she walked out but he also stood up and went to get a drink from the stand next to the doorway.
"Jenna, Mary is pregnant with your sibling" my dad said.
"How long" I demanded about to blow.
"A month and a half" Mary said with a smile.
"You're the fucking whore" I yelled. I went for it. I grabbed my dad and hit him again and again until Carted pulled me away from it.
"How could you. It wasn't enough to cheat on mom but you had to go and get this slut pregnant" I screamed.
"You need to stop. Your anger has gotten way out of control" my dad said.
"I wonder why" I said.
"Look your anger will fade. It would be better if you kept it to yourself and tried to be a little happy that you are about to have a little brother or sister" Mary said.
"I don't have a sibling. That thing is not not my family. I will not be there for it ever. I will not support any of this. As of right now. I don't have a father" I said through my teeth. I pushed my way out of Carters hold and walked to the door with Jacob behind me.
"Jenna" Carter said coming up behind me.
"I know he is your friend but he destroyed my family. Hurt my mom so much she's not even here in town. She moved in with grandpa while your helping him out. That thing is not my family. Its also not right for you to take his side over moms" I said.
"Your dad and I go way back. He's my friend. Megan is my baby sister. I love her and will try to protect her the rest of my life. I'm also not taking sides. Daniel is moving out and back into your house with Mary so he can support his child" he said.
"He's not allowed in my house. Its in my name. Mom switched it before she left. If I find out he tries bring that slut or that thing into my house I'll call the cops" I replied.
"Jenna think about this okay? I didn't know she put it in your name but he is your father. He was there your whole life. Two months ago you were daddy's little girl. That was only two months ago" he responded.
"I don't want them there" I said. I opened the door and walked out with Jacob behind me.
"I got a girl that likes to kick ass. I like it" Jacob said when we got into his car. I shook my head and tried not to laugh at that.
"I hate him" I said.
"I know. He's a shitty person" he replied. I nodded. He started driving back to his house.
"Did your mom really give you the house?" He asked.
"Yeah. But she's paying the bills until I get done with school" I answered. He nodded.
