Everyone sits down in the hospital room around the bed. McGhee is holding his new little girl. Abby looks tired. Ziva starts to feel sick again but smiles still. She is now 4 months pregnant. She has booked herself in for an appointment to see what the gender of the baby is. Tony says to McGhee "awww look at this little Timmy all grown up." Everyone laughs. Ziva stands up and says "I've got to go, I'll see you in a bit." Tony stands up clearly about to follow and Ziva says "Tony you stay here, I'll be fine." Tony nods but still looks concerned. Ziva smiles. Abby says to Tony "so when you finding out what gender the baby is." Tony smiles "tommorow morning isn't it honey." Ziva nods. Ziva turns around and a sharp pain rushes up her spine and in her stomach, she knocks a glass of water over and grabs onto the table for support. Tony rushes to her and goes "Ziva are you ok. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE." Abby gets out the bed and goes to Ziva "what is it." Ziva says "I don't know but whatever it was it fucking killed." The doctors rush in and take Ziva to another ward and lay her down. A DOCTOR comes in and says "miss David I believe." Ziva nods, the doctor continues "you were brought in because you felt a sharp pain in your stomach. I'm going to perform an ultra sound to make sure your baby is alright is that ok." Ziva nods. She takes tony's hand. The doctor puts gel where ziva's womb is and performs the ultra sound. Ziva and Tony are looking at the moniter and the doctor looks closely and says "well they look perfectly fine to me, they are moving around which is not unusual and the sharp pain is probably because they are growing." The doctor doesn't get to continue because Ziva buts in "Why are you using a plural word rather than a singular." The doctor smiles and says "Oh you don't know. Your having twins. Both girls." Ziva looks shocked. Tony stands up and looks at the doctor and says "twins... two... two girls." The doctor nods. Tony faints and hits his head on the cabinet. Ziva smiles and says "that's how I always imagined it would be like." The doctor rushes to Tony and helps him up. He puts a ice pack on his head and lies next to ziva. McGhee and Abby are concerned for Ziva so they place Tali in her cot and go to the main desk and ask which room Ziva David is in. They are told she is on ward 23 in room 7. Abby and McGhee quickly run to the room ziva's in. Tony is lying on the bed with an ice pack on the side of his head. Abby looks at him and says "not you too Tony." Tony laughs and says "I'm fine I just fainted." Abby looks at McGhee and then at Tony and goes "people don't just faint Tony." Tony and Ziva are smiling. Abby continues "so what did the doctor say Ziva, is your baby alright." Ziva looks at Abby and says "yea they are fine. They are quite hungry though and I don't want hospital food." She looks at Tony and he says "chicken burger and chips then for my girls." He gets off the hospital bed and goes out. McGhee follows. Abby comes and sits down "so your having a girl too." Ziva nods and says "yea were having twins." Abby screams with glee and hugs ziva. Ziva laughs. "Oh my god oh my god i cant believe it. Im so happy right now i could sing." Ziva laughs even more. Abby goes back to her room and finds her baby missing, she runs to the office and screams "my baby has been taken." Doctors all rush over and try and calm Abby down but she won't calm down. Ziva is walking around trying to find some water when she hears Abby screaming, she tries as best as she can but being 4 months pregnant with twins isn't helping her speed. She finally gets to Abby and hugs her and says "Abby what has happened. What's wrong." Abby is screaming and crying and says "Tali... Tali is missing. He took her... the bastard took her." Ziva is holding an angry Abby. McGhee and Tony rush in and see this. Tim looks were Tali should be and shouts "NOOOOOOOO." Tony trays to calm him down. They go to ncis to wait for an update on missing tali. Abby is pacing up and down, Ziva is sitting at her desk trying to remain calm. McGhee Gibbs and Tony are in MTACK. Abby gets a phone call "Abby speaking....what do you want... please Michael I just want Tali back.... I'll give you anything you want.... where... okay I'll be there." Ziva is on the phone to other police stations to try and put a bullittin out there. Abby sneaks off. Ziva sees her leaving and follows her. Abby goes into an abondend building with Ziva slowly following close behind her. Michael is sitting down with a new born baby in his arms, he is singing her a lullaby and rocking her gently. Abby walks towards him and he smiles and says "hello Abby, how are you." Abby continues to walk towards Michael and slowly says "Can I have Tali back please." Michael laughs and says "NO, I don't think so. She should of been mine. You should still be mine Abby, not his." Abby walks closer and says "Michael you don't need to do this, please I just want my baby girl back." Michael moved backwards and took out a gun from his pocket. Abby saw red and so opened her jacket with ziva's gun which she had borrowed. Michael looked at the gun and laughed. Ziva stayed around the edges and sneakily came up behind Michael. Michael raised the gun at Abby but Abby shot him in the leg before he could shoot her. Michael fell onto his knees with Tali in his arms, Ziva bent forward and grabbed little Tali before she hit the ground. Tony, McGhee and Gibbs barge in with there weapons drawn. McGhee runs to Abby who has hold of Tali. Tony sees Ziva and rushes to her and says "what the hell Ziva, your pregnant with twins and you could have got shot for crying out loud." Ziva smiles and said "Tony will you calm down, you'll be getting grey hairs before your 30." An ambulance takes Michael to the hospital and everyone else went back to ncis.
