The clock was 10 to 10 am. I was standing by the red lockers at school waiting for Gus. I wanted to end this all. Tell him that I know. But inside I knew the truth.
Gus was jealous of me and Kells. He's wanted to date me since the 8th grade. I didnt wanna be hard on him but this kept haunting me inside. A good friendship just wiped off cause of some teenage crush.
"Hey Dani"
Gus said appearing out of nowhere.
"Hey.. gus"
I said
I looked at him and he had the camera hanging around his neck. He also had a ice coffee.
"Tried something new?"
I asked pointing at the coffee.
"Yeah. Turns out the soy latté wasnt very kind to my stomach"
He said as we started to walk towards our class.
I laughed a bit just like normally when he tells stuff like that.
"Caramel coffee. New edition of the season"
He said
"Cool"
I said
"Where's Raven?"
He asked.
"No idea. She had a 9 morning so she's probably in class already"
I said.
"Okay"
He said.
On our way inside the class I saw Kells standing outside the classroom staring at me as I went in. Now he looked straight at me as if he had something to tell me. I kept walking inside the class sitting on my place and Kells slowly came to his desk, which was right infront of mine. He had his head turned away from me the whole period. Gus on the other hand was looking at me. I was pissed off. I went through the whole thing in my head over and over again.
When the bell finally rang eveyone got up and left. Raven was waiting outside for us and Gus came.
We started walking to the other class all the way on the other side of the school.
"Gus what did you get from the history test?"
Raven asked.
"C-"
He said.
"Damn. Why didnt you ask for help?"
She asked.
"I didnt need any"
He said.
I was so pissed.
"Where did you dissapear at the party by the way? You were gone for a long time"
Raven asked.
"I was.. Just hanging out."
He said
"Oh"
Raven said.
"It was really bad. U know, the pictures"
Raven said apprently trying to get him to confess
"Yeah. Hopefully we catch that asshole who took them..-"
Gus said
I stopped and looked at Gus.
"How about you stop talking about that some 'asshole' when you can just say it was you"
I said being so pissed I could literally hit someone.
"W-what are you talking about?"
He asked.
"I know it was you. You took the pictures. You dont have the balls in you to admit"
I said
"Dani-"
He said
"Shut up Gus!"
I said.
"All of these people here, hate me right now beacuse of those pictures. Kells hates me, Steve hates me, Steve's ex girlfriend hates me. Cause they broke up beacuse of you"
I said
"You were so busy bragging about that shitty camera, you didnt know you were shining from guiltyness. You were nowhere to be found when the pictures were taken, when they spread, you were the first one to have them."
I said
"Dani let me explain!"
He said
"You dont have to. I know it already"
I said
"I wish I could just leave this hellhole. I wish I never met you"
I said looking at him mean the walking the other way.
"Dani!"
Gus yelled after me.
"Let her be"
Raven said turning Gus away.
