Chapter Nine: The Benefactor pt. 4

Emma was pacing around the room, deciding on what to wear. Of course it wasn't a real party but she still wanted to look good In front Liam.

She decided on a cute pink and white outfit with her hair straight but In a half up half down.

She got her license back in Idaho so she could legally drive anywhere. Emma got a text from Kira saying she was gonna meet Liam and her there, as she was still getting ready with Lydia.

It took Emma 10 minutes tops for her to drive to Liam's house.

"Hey loser get in."

Emma tapped her fingers on the sides of the steering wheel as she listened to the oh so quiet music in the car.

"It's Lydia Martin's lake house. Actually it's her grandmothers lake house, but she's dead so it's okay. I mean it's not okay that she's dead." Emma rambled.

"Can you turn the music down?" Liam begged.

Emma looked over to see the full moon already starting to affect him.

"You want me to turn the music up?" Emma asked as she turned it up.

Buzz. Buzz.

Emma heard Liam's phone go off like some ticking time bomb. She saw Liam jump at the sound and reached onto his pant pocket to grab the phone.

"Who'd you say was coming to this party?"

"Umm- everyone!" Emma lied.

Emma and Liam got to the boat house just as Scott went inside. She opened her car door and walked beside Liam as they made their way to the front door.

"Where is everyone?" Liam asked.

"They're here! It's a small party." Emma was trying to seem convincing.

Liam looked around the property. "But you said, everyone was coming?"

"They are... they're late, and we're early. So we better hurry.. yay!" Emma dragged Liam inside and quickly shut the door.

Liam walked in to see Scott, Lydia, Malia, and Stiles all waiting for him. He looked back at Emma with a hurt expression.

"Sorry."

"What the hell is this?" Liam flared his arms.

Stiles walks forward. "Think of it like an intervention. You have a problem Liam."

"And we're the only ones that can help." Scott stepped forward as well. He nodded his head towards Stiles.

"Let us explain."

"Werewolf? Werecoyote? Banshee? Fox?" Liam was beyond confused, and a little scared might Emma add.

Kira sighed, nodding her head. "Kitsune. But fox works."

"What are you?" Liam asked Stiles.

"Uh for a little while I was possessed by an evil spirit. It was very evil."

"What are you now?" Liam asked harshly.

"Better? Uh-"

"What about you?" Liam looks over at Emma who has been quiet the whole time.

"Oh um, I'm an Angel."

"No seriously what are you?" Liam asked in disbelief.

"Again? God you sound like Stiles. No seriously I'm an Angel." Emma sighed and put her face into her hands.

Liam turned back around and nodded his head towards the chains. "Those for me?"

"No their for me." Malia said as her eyes turned a shade of blue.

Emma gasped softly. It can't be.

Liam tensed up. "How'd you do that?"

"You'll learn." Scott said. "But first you need to get through the full moon.

"The moon's already out." Liam growled.

"And you're starting to feel something, aren't you?" Scott inched closer to Liam.

"I feel like I'm surrounded by a bunch of psychotic nut jobs! You guys are out of your freaking minds! I dont know how you did that eye thing, and I don't care! IM WALKING OUT THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW AND IF ANY OF YOU TRY AND STOP ME I SWEAR TO GOD IM GONNA-" Liam dropped to the floor groaning.

"Liam? Liam what's wrong?" Emma rushed over to him.

"You don't hear that?!" Liam groaned again.

The pack focused their hearing on what was going on outside. Kira rushed over to the window to see at least 50 people outside the house.

"Did you tell someone about this?" Lydia asked.

"My friend Mason." Liam panted. "You said it was a party."

"And who did Mason invite?" Stiles asked.

"Everyone."
