Next morning I had woken up about an hour earlier than our regular ten a.m. schedule. I just couldn't help myself. Curiosity engulfed my mind, as I reviewed the note over, and over.
"How the hell did he manage to put this in there..." I kept asking myself.
I finally satisfied my thoughts with the scenario of my father sending someone or something to bring this note to me, considering it would be much to risky for a grown man to take. Especially since his reputation as a Doctor on the line. If that's what he still was of course.
I peeked at the small digital clock on my nightstand and read that it was 9:48. Deciding it was time to get ready, I walked into the my small bathroom and ripped of my clothes and hoped into the shower. When I finally got out I threw on some jeans and a plain purple v-neck. Then, staggered into the bathroom as putting on my sneakers, and off to brush my teeth.
As I finished I sat myself on the desk chair and crossed my arms over my chest. All the questions were still biting at the back of my mind.
I took out a pen and starting drawing the name "Drue <3" on the inside of my wrist, smiling like an idiot.
At 10:00, Mrs. Pufferman's shouting filled the halls. I threw open the door and smirked at her as she stared at me full of confusion.
"Very good Ren..." she said through a fake smile.
"No problem Mrs. Pufferman." I smiled at her as I skipped toward the cafeteria.
