Clevander's POV
Last night was amazing! Super amazing! We're now at the airport waiting for our flight to be called. "Are you guys sure you have everything you need?" Coach Lily asked. I nod and Jeff said yes. After a few minutes, our flight was called.
"Flight 65902 of PH-CEBU please get ready to board." The Announcement System (AS).
I got my scrolly bag with me and a backpack. We took our seats and I slept all through the flight.
1 hour later, Jeff shook my head and wake me. "Baby? Come on. It's time to go." He whispered in my ear. I cleared my eyes out before standing grabbing my backpack with me.
We rode a taxi towards the hotel since the venue of the event is near. It's already 8 in the morning and for the first time in like 2 and a half months, we ate a decent amount of breakfast. The effect of the diet was noticeable. My waist got smaller, I got slightly leaner, and my weight went down. After eating, we went to a track and field to do the stretching and jogging routine. After, we went to the venue to have a blocking so that we will somehow be familiar with the place during the performance. Coach Lily gave our tights and leotards, while coach Albert talk to the Music Player/Music Director and to the stage and floor manager.
"Hey cutie." Jeff called.
"Enough with the nickname already Jeff. If you only knew how I'm melting inside!!!" I said slightly bushing at his sweetness. "But I wanna call you that because I'm proud to be yourboyfriend." He said faking a pout. I giggled at his childish actions. Then, the coaches called us because it was our turn to practice.
"Jefferson, Clev, you see that crowd over there?-" coach Albert pointed to the people, more specifically 3 pairs of dancers, I think. We both nod and he continued. "That'll be your competitors. Now, the good thing about our piece is that we have the edge. They are paired as man and woman but for us, we edge with man and man. If we pass this level, it will not be surprising if we will have competitors that are also man and man in the Nationals." He said.
"Now, we want you to focus on each other. Clev, remember your new mindset. You are submissive. Jefferson, make your body as an instrument of weakness and drive Clev's body and emotion just like we practiced." Coach Lily added.
I took a few breath before Jeff grab my hand and pulled me on the stage. "We will start with the Mix duo piece, the proceed to the Free duo piece." Coach Albert commanded. I can feel the stares from our fellow contender but I shrugged it off by focusing on me and Jeff. That it's all that matters.
The music began and our body danced with every beat. Jeff's eyes were pierced on mine.

After the blocking, we went into a rental dance studio for further correction.
"Albert, Jefferson, you may step out and enjoy your free time. Clevander, come with me inside." Coach Lily said, but more as a command. I followed her inside, not bothering to ask a question.
"Please change your clothes into this." She gave me a tights but inside of a leotard, she gave me an undershirt that was cut up to my lower stomach, exposing my slightly formed abs. I wore the clothes and let her see my outfit.
"Good. Now Clev, there is one more thing that I want you to know before the competition starts tomorrow." She positioned herself into a pose and moving flawlessly like a leaf while talking. "Look at my actions, what do you observe." She asked.
"Your body is moving smoothly like a leaf dancing in the air." I answered.
"True. Now, look at my actions." Her softness was still there but it was also firm and strong, more appealing and give that aura, that no one can take their eyes off you. "Your actions are still soft yet firm. Strong like a body builder, but soft like a leaf."
"Yes. That's it. I want you to develop this skill. Soft yet firm. Because dancing with grace is nice but dancing with strength but still soft is more appealing." I nod. "Now, stand your pose and do your routines. Think of it this way, you are afterall, Jefferson's boyfriend. Make your body, as an instrument that can appeal his emotions and with this, it will flow out naturally." I nod again and positioned myself. The music started and I followed every instruction that coach Lily was throwing at me. Yes, she was true. And dancing with strength yet soft is even more easier.

It was around 7 PM in the evening when coach Lily decided that it was perfect. I called Jeff in his phone.
"Hey Jeff. Are you in the hotel right now?" I asked.
"No baby. We're at a gym. Coach Albert took me for a last minute gym practice and told me some advices that can make our performance even better."
"Are you almost done?"
"Yeah. We're both changing our clothes actually. We'll going to meet you there okay?"
"Okay. Take care Jeff."
"I will. I love you Clev."
"I love you too Jeff." I ended the call and saw coach Lily, red and laughing softly. We grab a taxi and went to the hotel.
"You know Clev, Jefferson is really lucky to have you. You're smart, sexy, you have an appealing body that even I cannot achieve. You have a good attitude and you are simple not like those other girls or guys who always boast of what they have." She said.
"Thank you coach. But you're not bad yourself. If I was straight, I would be totally checking you right now." I replied laughing and the door burst open.
"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CHECKING?" Jeff asked sounding really irritated. "Come down lover boy. Clev is checking no one. He just said that if he was straight, he would be checking me right now." Coach Lily said. Jeff took a sit on the bed and grab me. "You are not allowed to check someone except for me. You can always check me baby.-" he winked. "And if there's anyone checking you tell me and I'll mark their eyes." He said. I laugh lightly with the coaches. "Don't be too over protective silly. I'm all yours and no one else." I told him, kissing his right cheek.
Coach Albert cleared his throat. "Ahem. We still exist you know." He said and we all laugh. "Rest you two. You'll need the strength for tomorrow." Coach Lily said. Jeff and I then went to the bathroom. -and we didn't do anything except- went on a quick shower -one by one- and brush our teeth. After, we laid in bed and talk for a moment.
"But seriously baby. The only person you're allowed to check is me. Got it?" He said. "Yes sir.-" I mocked with a salute. "And the same thing goes for you Mr." I told him and he also said yes.
"Good night coaches. Goodnight Clev, I love you." He whispered the last part. "I love you too." I replied and doze off to sleep.
