Continuation of flashback

PING!

Brent: Hi :)

Well he is quick. HAHAHAHA

Before giving him a reply I quickly visited his account.

Well there's nothing interesting in here, his profile picture is some anime figure..I guess. Well I know how he looks like in person anyway so no need to get all judgy. He is quite the looker.

Me: Hello :)

Brent: How are you today? I hope you enjoyed my company.

Me: I'm fine and yes I did enjoy your company

Brent: Well that's a relief :D

Me: Really XD

Brent: I like you, like really really like you :)

Waaay too fast for my liking.

Me: Didn't we just met?

Brent: You can't tell your heart when to like or love someone.

I don't think so..

Me: Well maybe your heart is fooling you, you don't even know me that well. What if I'm some killer or a gold digger?

Brent: That wouldn't matter, I like you for who you are.

Me: So you like gold diggers and killers?

It took him atleast 3 min to answer my question.

Brent: What I mean is I know I can trust you, and you can trust me . Maybe we are meant to be? ;)

Cocky eh?

Me: You think so?

Brent: I know so ;)

With that we continued talking until both of us needed to say goodbye due to time.

Our days was like that him sweet talking me and me replying to whatever words he say. And I must admit, I actually am enjoying it. I think I like him too.

Until one day, he came to our school not his usual self.

"Hey are you alright?" I asked him

"Yuh" cold.. so cold

"Ok :)"

And when he went his way he didn't even say goodbye.

I resisted the urge to chat him and ask if everything is fine, so I just went to sleep.. with doubt on my mind.

Days. Almost a week.

That's how long he's not talking to me, it's like there is button in him that's been switched off.

So I did the only thing that I can do.

"I don't think I'm ready yet, maybe we should end what we have between us"

He remained silent and started leaving, I did nothing to stop him, I don't want to. I'm hurt, he didn't even seem fazed. I know there really is nothing going on between us but he can atleast pretend to be surprised or hurt. Now I'm wondering if he truly liked me or if he was just playing with me.

While walking with Gio and Maya I recieved a text from Brent.

Brent: You want to end it huh? Well then go on, I don't care... It's not like you're worth it anyway. You are nothing, a nobody. So go on. Live your wortless life. Oh and yeah I have a girlfriend we're dating for two months now I guess. You can say I cheated on both of you.
