alight motion is an android app currently in beta. i use an iphone so i havent had the chance to use it yet but ive seen amazing results that look basically like ae. some people say its confusing but it is in beta so although i dont know its full release date, i assume and hope it will be much better. i think its 50/50 at this point so if you own an android device i recommend giving it a try. if it's not your thing you can just uninstall it but like i said i've seen some pretty great things with this app, so with a little hard work and effort you might be able to make ae-like edits without a computer.
