Chapter 19

Liv
"We're here!!!" Jin yelled loudly from the passenger seat of the car as the driver of the van-like vehicle had pulled over into the bay. There were 11 of us in total, the seven boys and us four girls, the ride was quite fun and we got along with our band mates really well. After they heard about us moving into the dorms they said that there was three rooms spare and offered the one to AJ as a studio, it was really sweet and she was going to decline but the two insisted as they didn't need the room for any storage. She agreed to it for a temporary time until they actually did need it for something or we moved somewhere else and we had more in common than we thought. Woosung was more like AJ as she was small but could stick up for herself if she needed to, she cared more about Sunmin who was the youngest of the two more than anything as they were from the same city. It was like there were two pairs of close friends which made one big family.

We all jumped out of the van with our bags in hand and made our way to the changing rooms.

We all came out before the boys did so we decided to just slip into the shallow end of the pool with our chins resting on the edge of the water, I kept glancing at AJ to make sure she was okay and she seemed fine enough as the water wasn't deep at all. "Okay... we're going to let you girls have the camera most of the time seems as you're debuting soon, people need to be excited for it and get to know you better. The camera is waterproof just in case someone drops it in the water." The boss explained and he handed us the camera/phone which was on a selfie stick so it could fit us all in and we pressed the live button. We waited a few minutes before people started to join, we all waved and read the comments as we told everyone what we were doing and joked around with each other. "How long have me and AJ unnie known each other?" I read a comment aloud and AJ instantly turned to me. "It'll be 6 years in three days!" She screamed but it was cut short by a loud splash and laughing, I turned the camera to see what was happening only to see Jungkook and V wrestling in the water. All of the boys had tank tops on as they slid into the water, leaving the two youngest to fight to the death. "Annyeong ARMY!" Suga screamed from behind us as him and Jimin flailed their arms around weirdly, the comments started to blow up with laughing emojis and hearts which made us laugh even more. "Let's go on the water slide." Woosung suggested and all the boys jumped out of the pool, I made eye contact with AJ and she just smiled. "I'm staying here, you guys go and have fun." She announced and the rest of us started to debate leaving her on her own or not. "Can you guys stay with my unnie and keep her company while we slide first? We'll bring you up there later." A lot of the comments were really positive about staying in the same place so I handed the phone to AJ who smiled at it.

The rest of the group had left so it was just me and the viewers, I was sitting on the edge of the pool as the comments started to flood with questions. "Why didn't I go with them? You see... I can't swim, I used to but I forgot how to. I stayed here because I'm small so my feet still touch the floor when I'm in the water." The responses to my answer were really nice and cute as people were being really understanding. "Do I like anyone from BTS or my own group? As friends they're all great... especially Liv because of how much I know about her and how we've been like sisters for years. But I only like all of them as friends or family, it'll be irresponsible for me to like anyone in that way as I'm the oldest in my group so I need to look after them before my own health but don't tell them that." I laughed and I answered a few more questions until a statement caught my eye. "You think I'm a lot like Suga? Well I'm a rapper so that makes sense..." I faded but the same person commented something else. "As in a secretive carer sort of way? Thank you I guess..." I smiled and just did some requests while I was waiting for the group to come back.

The water slide was huge, once you went through the top part the chute expanded into a circular funnel and sent you into another tube until you land in water at the end. I stood at the bottom waiting for everyone to finish as the last person came through we all started to head back, we were just about to get to the pool part again when Suga tapped me on the shoulder. "Why did AJ stay behind? She seems like the type of person who would get a kick out of the adrenaline rush." He stated, he was one hundred percent right about that so I slowed down my pace to increase the distance from the others. "She would come if she could but it's been 13 years since she last went swimming and she forgot how to, the last time I took her to something like this she got so scared she had a panic attack and we went home." I explained and he nodded before starting to walk ahead of me, he looked like he was on a mission until we both stopped in our tracks when the group was standing behind the corner just peering around it. "What are you doing?" I asked, they all put their fingers to their lips and pointed around the corner. For a second there was no sound until I heard AJ's weird laugh. "Spring Day English Cover? I haven't done that one in a while but okay." She has her phone next to her and typed something in before the acoustic guitar riff she made a few years back came through the speakers. She was singing and rapping the translations with ease and I decided to surprise her when I walked behind her at the best friend part. She smiled and we both carried singing until the end.

We both hugged each other as the comments were just hearts and things like that, Woosung and Sunmin hugged us both as the boys clapped. AJ's face went bright red as the comments highlighted the fact that she was embarrassed and she gave me the phone on the selfie stick. "Liv! Come on the water slide with me again?" Jungkook asked as he popped into the video, he stood there staring at the phone screen while moving his wet hair from his face. I nodded and a few of the others decided to join us too as we made our way up to the same place as before. "I still get scared every time I stand here." I laughed and Jungkook just poked me on the cheek constantly urging me to go down the slide again. I hugged and sat down again before he pushed me steadily down the thin pipe, it was a mixture of fear but more adrenaline as I neared the end with a laugh. "And that's how you slide." I stated sarcastically. "I can't be bothered to wait for them slow people." I started to walk back when I spotted something I had to record. I flipped the camera to the back camera and recorded the pool. "And here we have a wild AJ with a wild Suga teaching her how to swim, and who is that being the moral support? None other than the eldest member of BTS Kim Seokjin!" I whisper shouted as I turned the camera back around. As soon as I saw my own image I jumped out of my skin as Jungkook stood merely inches from me. "Argh! You scared me. Stop doing that!" I screamed at him and the three people who were left at the pool instantly turned their attention to us and backed away from each other. "Guys... we've been here for a few hours so I'm guessing it's time that we leave. We'll get food on the way back and show the girls to their dorm." Moonbin popped up out of nowhere making all of us become shook, we all said goodbye to the fans and ended the live before heading into the changing rooms. "This trip was actually fun, I didn't think I'd enjoy it much but it was good." AJ announced as she changed from her swim ware to her original clothes and dried the ends of her hair which were wet. She was right about today being fun, hopefully tomorrow will be even better when we start training again.
