The Blackout

*Nobody's POV*

It was just another night for Alex and Roi: discussing plans for the next video.

Alex: OK, so what should we do for our video for next week?

Roi: Hmmm..... Should we do another challenge?

Alex: After that pepper we ate, NO WAY! I still feel the burn from that.

Roi: Fine, no challenge. Well, what about Rolanda getting a date with you again? I think a lot of our subscribers would love to see them together.

Alex: I don't think so, they obviously know I don't like her that much. They would probably like to see her and Richard go on a date.

Roi: Didn't we already do that?

Alex: Oh yeah.... Man we got no ideas. I mean what are we supposed to-

*All of a sudden, a blackout happens*

Alex: Oh great, now we have a power outage. Do we have any flashlights anywhere, Roi?.... Roi!?

Roi: Alex! Please.... Don't leave me!

Alex: What's wrong? Are you scared? Don't worry, I'll stay right here. Come on, sit by me.

Roi moves and sits right next to Alex. Alex then wraps his arm around him.

Alex: Does that feel better?

Roi: Yes. Thanks for doing this for me.

Alex: Hey, you're like my brother, I would do anything for you.

*Roi's POV*

Roi: *thinking to himself* I was so scared when the power went out. Until now Alex didn't know i was afraid of the dark. Ever since i was little, i was always scared that something might happen. To this day, i still need a light on in my room before i sleep. So when the power went out, I didn't want Alex to leave me alone. I feel so safe right now with him. His arm so warm and strong and... ROI stop thinking that! You're having those thoughts again! Alex doesn't know this but I've had a secret crush on him since the day we met. I've tried to tell him my feelings but I'm afraid he'll hate me for it, and besides he's straight; he would never go for a guy like me even if he was gay. I only wish he would understand me, i feel scared and alone when he isn't with me.

*Alex's POV*

Alex: *thinking to himself* I felt bad after finding out that Roi was afraid the dark, and the least i could do was to be there with him and make sure he was ok. I have to admit it is a little funny, but he my best friend and I shouldn't make fun of him because of it. I thought putting my arm around him would have made feel a little bit better, and it did. It feels nice to feel his warmness right now. Wait. Did I just say that? What am i saying? I'm straight, right?

*power comes on*

Alex: Finally the lights are on. So you alright now?

Roi: Yeah, I am. *Roi smiles*

Alex: *in his head* I never realized how cute Roi looked when he smiles. It just makes me wanna... STOP IT MAN!! Pull yourself together!

*out of his head* Uhhh.... So... should we get back to getting ideas for the video?

Roi: Yeah i think we should our fans would be so mad at us if we miss another "Wassabi Wednesday".

*Roi's POV*

Roi: *in his head* That was weird. Alex blanked out at that moment right after i smiled. Could he... no, he couldn't have been thinking about me like that. Could he?

*out of his head* Well we should get started. But first, you might wanna get your arm off. I don't think you can write without doing so.

Alex: Oh right..... Sorry.

*Nobody's POV*

It seems as if a spark has occured between these two. What does this mean for the two and how will each of them go along with their lives after this? We'll just have to wait and see. :)
