Unlikely Bond

What does this mean?

*Nobody's POV*

We go back to where we left off and then go to the next day, where we see Alex sitting in bed, thinking to himself about what had happened the night before.

*Alex's POV*

Alex: Man... what was that...that...thing? I have never felt anything like that before, not even with any girl. Well, probably except for my girlfriend, but this is an exception. I'm talking about Roi here. ROI! My best friend! What does this mean? It can't mean that i have feelings for him, right? It can't, I mean i have a girlfriend and i'm not gay or bi, am I? UGH!!! What is wrong with me? I'm so confused! I don't even know who or what I am anymore!

*Nobody's POV*

Hmm...interesting. It seems our "straight" friend here is going through a tough realization right now. Let's move over to see what Roi is thinking, shall we?

*Roi's POV*

Roi: What happened last night? First, the blackout happened,  then Alex started acting all strange. Why was he acting like that? What does this mean? Does it mean he likes me? NO! It can't be! He's straight and has a girlfriend. He would never be gay or bi, even for me. The one thing that he never knew ever since we met was that I'm gay. The only ones who knew were my family, some old friends back home, and some really close friends here. I never told Alex and also made sure no one would tell him because I'm afraid he might hate me for it and may think I'm a freak or somethin. *sigh* It just seems like this is another one of the fantasies i can have in my head but can never be real. I only wish it could be true, but it will never be. :(

*Nobody's POV*

Ah, it appears Alex's isn't the only one going through a hard time right now. Speaking of Alex, let's go back and check in on him right now.

*Alex's POV*

Alex: Why is this happening to me? I've always known who i was, but now I don't. What will people think if i tell them this? They would probably think i'm a freak or something like that. Also, my girlfriend would be so mad at me she might as well as break up with me. I don't know what to do. Should i make sure this is just something in my head? Yeah... I think i should call him up. *calls Roi* *keeps ringing*

Alex: Come on.... Pick up....

Roi: Hello?

Alex: Hey Roi, it's me Alex.

*Roi's POV*

*phone rings*

Roi: I'm getting a call..from Alex? What could he want? Should i even answer? NO! YES! UGH...I DON'T KNOW!  Just answer!

Roi: *answers the call* Hello?

Alex: Hey Roi, it's me Alex.

Roi: Oh hey man, what's up.

Alex: Nothin' much. Hey listen, i need to move a desk out of my room and my folks aren't here. Do you think you could help me?

Roi: Oh sure, be right over. *ends the call*

Roi: Phew, thank God he just needs to move something. Well,... hopefully that's all he needs.

*Alex's POV*

Alex: Hopefully this works. I just need to know for sure.

*10 minutes later, there's a knock at the door*

Alex: There he is. Let's do this.

*Nobody's POV*

Well it appears that through all this drama, Alex has made a plan. A plan that involves knowing if he likes his best friend. How will the plan work? How will Roi react? Will this change their lives? What does this mean!? We'll just have to wait and see. :)
