Chapter 6

Victoria's POV

As we are walking to work I can tell that something is bothering Ian. I take the cigarette out of my mouth and I put it in between my fingers

"Ian what's wrong"

We stop walking, he looks at me and he takes his cigarette out of his mouth and puts it in between his fingers  "Nothings wrong Vic"

 I give him a look "Yes there is you can tell me"

He gives me a worried and scared look "Ok there is something but I don't want you to freak out"

"Ian I promise I won't freak out please tell me"

He sighs "Ok no one knows this not even my family but I'm gay"

I smile and Look at him "I already knew that"

He gives me a confused look "Wait you already knew"

"Yes and so does Mandy"

"Why didn't you guys tell me you both knew already"

"Because we were waiting for you to tell us"

  He smiles "Well now I just have to tell my family"

"Ian if you want me and Mandy will be there when you do"

"You will"

I smile "Yes, anyway so do you have a boyfriend"

"Not at the moment"

"Maybe you will soon"

"Maybe"

We hug and we put our cigarette's back in our mouths. We keep smoking and talking when we finally get to the Kash N' Grab. We drop our cigarette's on the ground and put them out. Ian opens the door and I walk in first then he does. He closes the door behind him and I walk to the counter. I take my jacket off and I put my bag down under the counter so no sees that I have my bag with me in case they try to rob me. Ian goes to the back room to get our name tags and aprons. He comes back he puts his name tag and apron on he passes the other apron to me and gives me my name tag and I put them both on. I sit on the stool and I keep an eye on the register. Ian goes back to the back room to get some boxes so he can put stuff on the shelves. I get my phone out of my jacket pocket and I unlock it I go onto facebook because I'm bored and there aren't any customers at the moment. As I'm going through facebook Linda comes from upstairs I lock my phone and I put it away. She comes over to the counter.

"Hi Linda"

"Hi Victoria"

"Is there something you need Linda"

"Yes me, Kash and the boys are going away to my parents for the week. I need you and Ian to watch the store and make sure nothing gets stolen while we are away"

"We make sure nothing happens to the store and when are you leaving"

"We are leaving right now"

"Ok well have a nice trip"

"I will bye"

"Bye"

She gives me the stores keys and leaves. Ian comes back from the back room and he comes over to the counter with four boxes that he has to open.

"Was that Linda"

"Yeah it was, she gave me the store keys because she, Kash and their sons are going to her parents house for the week. She said that we need to look after the store while they are away. She also said to make sure that nothing gets stolen as well"
