(Play Ways to Go by Grouplove)

"Are you ok? You've been at the beach all day." Asked Kian.

I flopped into the seat and closed the door.

"Huuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhh" I sighed.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"I have known you for TWO DAYS." I said.

"You're in love with him aren't you?" He asked.

I burst into tears.

"What have I gotten myself into?" I whispered.

"Last deep pile of shit." Said Kian.

"Tell me about it." I said.

"So what did you say to him?" He asked.

"I told him that if he wants this he needs to go to rehab." I said.

"Oh god." Said Kian.

"What?" I whispered.

"He's going to do it. I know he is going to do it." He said.

He said it like it was the worst thing in the world.

"Is that a bad thing?" I scoffed, astounded that he could be so jealous.

"What are we going to do about the fans?" he laughed bitterly.

"Oh." I whispered.

"That's all you can say? The fans won't let us take a month off! They are going to find out!" He yelled.

"DON'T YELL AT ME! WHAT ELSE WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO!?" I screamed.

"IF YOU DONT WANT ME TO YELL AT YOU THEN DON'T YELL AT ME!" He said.

"YOU YELLED FIRST, KIAN!" I said.

"Forget it. He doesn't have to go." I said.

"NO! He loves you. K? I'm sorry for yelling. Just... Maybe you could think about what you tell him to do for you before you say it. He loves you so much he'd do anything, without a second glance."

"You're right, I'm sorry. I didn't think this through." I said.

"Well..." He said.

"Maybe he could prerecord his videos. It's only four, right?" I suggested.

"That's actually a great idea." He said excitedly.

"So... Should we talk to him?" I asked.

"Yeah." He said.

He turned on the car and turned around, heading to his house.

•••••

I walked in the door to the modern looking house, and up the small set of stairs to the hallway with the boys rooms. I slowly opened the door to see if Jc was home. Kian and I had been talking in the car for a while. Maybe enough time for him to have gotten home, seeing as how we hadn't seen him on the sidewalk as Kian and I drove home.

"Jc?" I whispered.

"Jc..." I sighed as I laid down next to him.

He smiled and stretched his arm out.

"Jc can I shower and sleep here tonight?" I asked.

"Absolutely." He said.

I went looking through his drawers quietly and found some sweatpants with tight ankles. I went to the bathroom and turned on the shower. I took off my sandy clothes and put them in a pile on the floor.

I heard a knock on the door.

"Occupied." I said.

"I know." Said Jc.

I clicked the lock shut.

"Awe c'mon. Don't do that." He said.

"Look. You're pushing it with me sleeping with you. I'm only doing it because Kian and I need to talk to you tomorrow morning." I said sternly.

"Ok. Geez." he laughed.

"Now get in bed. I'll be out in 10." I said.

"Promise?" He said.

"Yes, Jc. I promise." I said.

I turned on the water.

Cold.

I hopped in and rinsed my body and shampooed and conditioned my hair. I hopped out and turned off the water then grabbed a towel from one of the hooks on the wall. I dried my hair and brushed it with Jc's brush... Uh... Yeah. Then I put on a padded sports bra and my underwear and Jc's sweats. Comfy... I smiled.

I French braided my hair and walked out of the bathroom to see Jc with one arm over his chest and the other stretched out over my pillow. I hung up my towel and went and laid in bed. I pulled the covers over myself and turned over to sleep on my stomach like I always do. I put my head on the mattress, tucked up into Jc's armpit. I know. I sleep weird. But whatever.

I heard Jc giggle.

"Night, bum." I giggled.

"Night, bean" he sighed.
