Your POV

I'm at the park sketching while just munching on a snack waiting for Nathaniel to drop by. He said he'll be over around 4 and it's nearly 3:58. A few minutes passed and still nothing. I sigh turning on my phone. "Hey, there."My head shot up to the familiar voice. My face softened, "Nathaniel! I thought you wouldn't come." I shot up from my seat stumbling on my words.

He frowns a bit and sits down, "Y/n, I know I said were done. To be honest, I still love you."

I slowly sit down.

It's like my mind went blank not knowing what to say. I shake my head and say, "M- Me too? So what are you trying to say? To be honest I wanted to talk about this."I giggled brushing a strain of hair behind my ear. "Your always so beautiful when you do that."

Since when did Nath became so strait forward?! "W- WHA? I-"
"You really shouldn't stumble on your words."The redhead boy smirks. My face instantly flushed to warm. I start fidgeting with my fingers.

"W- We'll... I just- I get..."I frown not being able to finish my sentence. Nathaniel
snapped, "That's exactly what I mean! What where you going to say?"He raises a eye brow and leans closer to me. "Y- You make me get- I get embarrassed when you say I'm beautiful and stuff like that."I confessed.

We're really getting off topic here. "And that's why I still love you. I did don't mean to say that we were done. Just under all of the pressure coming from your father, it made me nervous so I said things that didn't I didn't mean to say."His hand reaches out to cup my cheek.

I smile softly and stare into his turquoise color orbs. There just so beautiful, like the ocean I could easily get lost in them. "You okay there, Y/n?"He asked so soft as a whisper. I nod and slowly close my eyes tilting my head. I want to kiss him.

Slowly, the gap closed as our lips gently press against another's. His lips were gentle and warms that made me melt in the moment forgetting everything. Nath's hand slowly glided on my lower back pulling me closer to him. Shortly we both broke and couldn't help but to gaze into another's sparkling eyes.

"I... love you."I break the silence.

His face softened and closed his eyes as he leaned in for a quick peck. "I do too. I'm so sorry for ignoring you at school yesterday. I felt bad."

I giggle and wrap my arms around his neck.
"Well, this makes up for it. So I guess we're still together, right?"

Nathaniel nods with a soft chuckle, "Most definitely, but your dad-"
"I can take care of that, Nate."I cut him off.

His eyes widen. "What? You don't like Nate?"I frown. Nath shakes his head, "It's not that I don't like it, Marinette calls me that."He says shyly looking down. I huffed. I was pretty ticked off at this. "Hey, theres no reason to be jealous, you are my girlfriend after all"

How could I stay mad at this precious tomato boy? "Yeah, your right. So you want to get some ice cream?"I pulled away from him.
He thinks for a few seconds, "Maybe later, I want to spend some time with you here first. Remember that time we got interrupted by Chlóe?"

I groan remembering the party, "Yeah she ruined our afternoon."

"Now we can finish it."He smiles. I shake my head smiling. He took out his sketchbook and turned around so his back was facing me. I turned around and leaned up against his back.

"Also, thank you for sticking up for me after Chlóe teased me yesterday. That means a lot."
I smile, "Of course, no problem my tomato child~"I teased with a giggle.
