A Myth Turned Real

Chapter 1 a basic beginning

 Its been about a week since we found him. He didn't do well the first few nights, he has nightmares but he never tells us what they are about. Sadly they haven't gotten better. He has sudden outburst and runs out of the house, he comes back when its night though we never know where he runs off to. I'm worried about him, Indi is too.

 I jolted up from a sudden scream. Rubbing some sleep off my eyes and stretching a pit I wonder what to do. "Should I help him calm down? Fury said he tried that once and it didn't end to well." I thought pacing around my room. I couldn't stand his screaming, and him being helpless. I had to help him. "Maybe I should bring a shield or some armor?" I thought looking at my personal chest. His screams got louder. Ignoring my safety concerns I made my way to his room. It wasn't too far all the bedrooms we close to each other.

  "Hero?" I called quietly as I opened his door. He was on his bed crying with his knees up to his chest. I whimper slightly as I gazed at his helpless state. Carefully I made my way towards him. "Mortal..." he said quietly sobbing a bit reaching out his hand. I tilted my head not knowing what he wanted. Then suddenly he got up and hugged me. My mind went blank, then was rushed with millions of questions. "What! What is he doing? I thought he didn't like hugs? Why is he hugging my then? Is this okay? Is he okay?"  I wondered at I slowly hugged him back. He began crying on my shoulder. We moved over to the bed. I comforted him as he continued to cry on my shoulder. He calmed down after a few minutes and fell asleep. My ears dropped as I notice the situation that I was in. Hero is sleeping, on my shoulder. I can't move. Seeing that I had nothing else to do I calmed down and dozed to sleep. 

 I was awaked me something falling. My ears perked up as my eyes shot open. They were met with white glowing eyes way to close to mine. I let out a small whimper. Hero just stared at me. He looked confused. I tilted my head also confused. He still didn't say anything. "What?" I finally spoke seeing that this was going no where. "What happened last night?" Hero asked backing up a bit. (not in that way) "You had a nightmare so I can to check on you. You hugged me and after I comforted you fell asleep." I told him with my hands raised. He grunted and left the room. "I'm going for a walk!" he yelled walking down stairs. Something told me to follow him. "Where is he going?" I thought

 I got up from the bed and walked out of the room. Looking at the safety rail I thought, "Hero's fat but not that fast." I hopped on the rail, but I missed it and started falling down a three story house."Shit" I thought as I started gaining speed. I landed on the hard wood floor hitting my shoulder and head. I yelped and curled into a ball. This gained the attention of Hero, who was by the front door and Indi, who was in the kitchen. Both decided on laughing at my stupidity instead of helping me. I look at my arm to see my health, half a heart. "It not funny!" I growled at them. "You're pretty stupid for a survivor." Hero laughed walking toward the door. "Brine~" I begged wanting him to help me. "Are you okay?" Fury asked still laughing.  He helped me up and handed me a plate.

 The plated had raw beef and raw mutton on it. "Feed the pets I'll feed the farm animals" He orded while walking outside. Suddenly I was tackled by an orange collared wolf. She knowcked the plate out of my hand. "Dew!" I scolded as she took some food and ran off towards a different room. Picking up the rest of the meat I walked to the room she ran off to. When i went in i found six puppies sleeping next to their mother, a yellow colored wolf named Honey. I smiled at the sight and set the plate down. All of the pups jolted up and ran towards the food, all except one. I picked up the one and walked out of the room. 

 "Hey there buddy." I whispered them. "Don't worry I'll take care of you." I told it walking towards a chest of dyes. Setting the wolf in the chest I watched as i gazed around before looking at me with a tilted head. "What color do you like?" I aasked it. It turned back to the dyes and walkind over to the pink one. "Pink? Okay wait, what gender are you little buddy?" I asked it picking it up to check. My eyes widened in suprise as I noticed that it was male. I chuckled a but before dyeing its collar pink and walking to the basement. 

 "What about a name little guy?" I asked placing it on a anvil while I looked for name tags. "How about...Toni?" I asked turning around wo see a happy pup. "Toni it is then." I chuckled naming the pup. I heard a door open and whipped my head to the direction to find Hero leaning on the door frame. "What are you doing?" He asked in a raspy voice. "Naming this puppy Toni!" I explainded playing with Toni in my arms. "Why is its collar pink? he asked. " Because he wanted it to be pink!" I told him swith a hint of sass. "He's a runt." He said getting closer. "And?" I asked looking him in his blank eyes. "Why?" he asked still getting closer. "Why what?" I asked tilting my head a bit. Toni whipered a bit most likely scared of Hero. "Why save the runt. Their're weak. You have no use for them so why?" he asked again, at this point he was right in my face. "Why save the runt?" he asked once more. Toni barked at him, "It's her decision so stay out of this!" He barked. Myeyes widened and I giggled a bit "Toni! That's not nice." I lightly scolded. Hero din't seem to like my answer. He can't understand Toni but becasue I was a werewolf I could. "WHAT DID THAT LITTLE RUNT SAY!" he yelled as his eyes glowed brighter. "Just wait till i grow up! You'll see how stong I'll be!" Toni barked again making me laugh more. They both stared at eachother growling. 

 I sighed seeing there would be no end to this unless I do something. "Toni lets go hunting. Then you can show Hero how stong you are." I said as Toni nodded and Hero huffed. We walked upstaries and out the door. "Luke!" I called as we started to walk out into the forest. Luke leaped out of the barn and followed us. I set Toni down as we continued deeper. "Luke. Chicken." I ordered as Luke began looking for a chicken. We located a small flock of them and I ordered Toni to kill them all except two. Toni nodded his head and ran after them. While Hero watched Luke and I had a chat. "That's my boy." he said silently. "Someone's a proud parent." I mocked slightly as he just smiled. "Perhaps." he said watching as Toni takes down another chicken. Toni takes the chicken and dropped it by Hero.  Hero grunted seeing how good he was. I picked up the chicken and gave them to Luke. His ears perked up and he looked into the forest. "Indi is calling for me. Take care." Luke said before taking off.

 I guess we should leave to. "Guys let's head back Toni proved his point. Right Toni?" I asked looking at the pup. They both nodded as we started our trek back. Hero and Toni were quiet the entire time. Well even without words I could tell that Toni was proud of himself and that Hero was upset the he was right. "You did good at hunting today Toni. Don't you think so Hero?" I asked mocking him. "Silent mortal." He ordered. "Silent mortal~" Toni sassed. "Toni!" I scolded once more. "Honestly this pups sass. Just like Dew." I thought as we reached the house. "That was fun right?" I asked reaching for the door. Toni ran ahead to his mother and Hero went upstairs. I sighed and sent upstairs as well. "Well this was a fun day." I thought looking out my window. I got in bed and waiting for the next day but, someone wasn't asleep. Well that's normal maybe Indi is still out fishing or something. 

 I could hear glass shatter. Sighing I grab my iron axe and walked to Hero's room. Broken glass was everywhere but Hero was no where to be seen. A bit or purple dust was around the around the shattered glass. "Hero!" Toni barked jumping out the window to a tree and running ahead. "Those bloody endermen..." I thought with rage. "Indi follow me! Bring armor!" I yelled grabbing a iron chest plate and taking off in the same direction as Toni.

 This time I ask for 15 views if I get 20 I'll make a prologue to another story I have been working on sadly it doesn't have a name but I have a plan of layout warning it has killing! Anyway this is chapter 1 sorry to leave you on a cliffhanger see you next chapter
