Dan smiles at me from where he's laying down, and I grin back. "Did you and Zoey make up?" He asks me, sitting up but not bothering to put his shirt back on. "Yes. Did you know she's going out with Platz tonight?" Dan shakes his head, grinning. "Just to dinner?" I laugh "hopefully."

I stand up and follow him back to the kitchen where he pours us both lemonade. Zoey left the kitchen but I'm assuming she went to find Platz. Ben and Wayne are out and about. "Where do you want to go?" Dan asks me, sitting at a counter chair. I shrug and sit across from him. "Up to you." I respond and take a sip of my drink.

"I'll surprise you." He grins and my heart melts. God I love his smile. "Sounds good." I smile back as the door opens and Wayne and Ben walk into the kitchen. Ben holds a bag full of boxes and Wayne holds one with grocery's. "Why so much food?" Dan asks them, taking the bag from Wayne. "Ben insisted that we stopped to get food, and that turned into stopping at 5 different fast food places."

Ben grins as he puts the bag on the counter. A weird smell of sushi, tacos, pizza, Chinese food and something else wafts from it. "Do you intend on eating all of that?" I ask him with a smirk. "No, you guys can each have a grain of rice." He replies jokingly and the rest of us laugh.

Platz and Zoey come downstairs and we all watch them walk out the front door. "Where are they going?" Wayne asks while putting things in the fridge. "They're going out for dinner" I reply. "So are me and Niki." Dan adds and Wayne glances at Ben. "So much for making chicken tonight." He says half sadly and Dan smiles. "It's ok, make that tomorrow night, or for lunch or something."

A little while later Dan come into the living room where me and Ben sit discussing weather or not it's a good idea to put hot sauce in eggs. "You ready?" He asks me with a mischievous grin and I nod, saying a goodbye to Ben as we head out the door.
