I want to lie you in a bed of cigarette and rose
Smoke fills the room as the roses decompose
In this paradise I never want to leave
Faded fantasies through our lips we weave
Little candles give off the only light
As we whisper all through the night
We lie close; face to face
I wonder if you can hear my heart race
We touch till the dawn
Because I know by then, you'll be gone
