Claires POV
I was walking to the park when someone bumped into me. "Oh shit, sorry" they said. I looked up at who it was. When I saw him I froze, it was Cole. My heart was pounding out of my chest. He's even more beautiful in person. "Oh, uh hey." I said, he was just staring at me. " um, hello?" I waved my hand in front of my face. "Um what? Oh hey." He said. I looked at him at hugged him. He was hesitant to hug me back, probably Bc I hugged him so quickly. But after his tiny brain comprehended it, he hugged back. "You have no idea how long I've waited to do that." He said. I slightly blushed at his comment. It took us while to let go, but we eventually did. "I have an idea!" I said to him. "What?" He said back. "ICE CREAM!!!!!" I yelled, "YES!" He yelled back. We found a close ice cream place and went inside. We got some ice cream and sat down. We talked for what seemed like hours. I mean we just talked about random things, but I got to know a lot more about his personality. He was a super cool guy. When we walked out of the ice cream place it was heavily raining. He told me hat his place wasn't far and if we run we could make it. I nodded letting him know I was okay with his plan. We started to run, he got a little bit a head of me. Since the ground was slippery I fell. Cole noticed, turned around and ran to me.
"Are you okay?" He asked, "yeah, I just slipped." I said chuckling slightly. "Oh my god your bleeding!" He said, " what?" I said as I looked at my knee. It was covered in blood. "Here let me help you up." He said as he lifted me up. "Thanks, I must have cut my knee when I fell." I said. "It's okay, I have a first aid kit at my apartment." He said. Luckily his apartment was really close. When we got inside he told me to sit at the counter. I sat on the counter. "Found it!" I heard him yell from another room. He came into the kitchen with a first aid kit. "Here." He said as he opened the small box. He grabbed some sanitary wipes and cleared around the cut. Then he put a bandage on it. "Thanks" I said hopping off the counter. "Of course" He said with a reassuring smile.
As he was putting things away from the first aid kit, I walked into his living room. It was surprisingly nice for a guy (no shade). He came in a little bit after me and stood strangely close behind me. I could almost feel his warm breath on my neck.
