Claires POV
We went inside and got our tickets, the ferry didn't leave for about 30 minuets or so. So we decided to shop in the little gift shop that was there. They had a bunch of weird stuff. I decided to get a coloring book. It was about animals and stuff like that. Cole could not stop laughing at the fact that I actually bought the coloring book. "Ferry 213 to Catalina island." Someone said over the intercom. "Oh let's go, we should be getting on the ferry." Cole said, getting up and holding his hand out for me to grab. I have him a big smile and got up holding his hand. We went outside and got on the ferry. We got a spot on the inside of the ferry. "You excited?" I asked Cole, "yeah, super." He said with a cute smile.
(Time skip)
I woke up to someone lightly tapping my forehead. "Hm?" I mumbled, obviously still half asleep. "Wake up, we're here." I heard someone say. "Huh?" I opened my eyes to reveal that I was leaning- I mean practically cuddling with Cole. As soon as I noticed this I turned bright red, and immediately sat up straight looking away. He broke out laughing, "stop." I said in a joking voice slightly pushing him. We got up and walked off the ferry. As soon as I stepped out I saw the beautiful island. "Woah.." I said, "woah indeed." Cole said stepping out after me.
