Chapter five | aunties and uncles
"Hope, what happened?" Hayley gasped, rushing forward to look at her daughters bloody head. Klaus followed but Hope stood still staring at her aunts and uncles in shock, "You're here."

Hayley was well aware of the problems facing the teens of Beacon Hills, but Hope had always been careful not to get involved, but with her returning home with a bloody head - Hayley began to think otherwise.
Hayley blocked Hope's view of the siblings, becoming impatient as Klaus moved Hope's hair to the side to see the cut from hitting the wall, Hope to frozen in fear to answer "Hope, tell me what happened right now!"
"Hayley." Elijah warned, noticing Hope gripping the sleeves of Isaac's shirt tightly.
Hope's emotions were scattered, feeling conflicted on how to feel. Seeing her family made her nervous like with her father, but with them, Hope didn't feel as angry - they couldn't of done anything to get home to her but her father did.
"Hope!" Hayley exclaimed, pulling Hope back to answer her question. Hope spun around angrily glowing her eyes at Hayley as a growl escaped her lips "What?"
Hayley couldn't believe that her daughter had done the one thing that she could never forgive her for, Hope went behind her back, she betrayed Hayley's pack by getting the bite instead of triggering the curse to become werewolf like her mother and father and from the looks of it she hadn't a care in the world.
"Hope, what did you do?" Hayley stared at Hope's glowing eyes in disbelief, Klaus stepped forward as Hope backed away "Listen to your mother, Hope."
"No, this is not happening." Hope shook her head motioning to Klaus stood by Hayley's side, "You're not walking in here barking orders like nothings happened, you lost that right ten damn years ago!"
Hope rushed out of the room at the first possible opportunity, leaving the lights flickering behind her. Hope couldn't deal with her father too, not now.
"Let her go, Klaus." Hayley stopped Klaus from chasing after Hope as the tribrid stormed out of the room, "This is hard for her."
"Our daughter got the bite and you're letting her walk away!" Klaus exclaimed, his siblings watched carefully at another fight brewing between the parents "Yes I'm letting her walk away because if i don't, i don't even want to know what Hope would do to us!"
