When Cristina got off the plane, as per usual, there were paparazzi and reporters crowding the airport. She sighed as she put on her sunglasses and tightened the grip on her suitcase. Flashing lights and microphones blocked her vision as she looked for her sister. Camilla saw her sister crowded by people and went to go help her. She grabbed her arm and tried to pull her toward the exit. Cristina looked up and saw her sister and followed her. Camilla started the car as Cristina threw her suitcase in the trunk of the car. She covered her face as she made her way to the passenger's seat.

"Well that sure was one hell of a welcome home," Camilla laughed at the chaos they just experienced.

Cristina chuckled, "Tell me about it." She looked out the window and admired the city as they passed through Atlanta. "So... how's school going?"

"Fine, I guess. I just want this testing to end, so I can be on summer break already!" Camilla went to a college prep school in the city that Cristina went to years earlier. She was in her Junior year of high school and couldn't wait to be a Senior.

Cristina laughed, "It's probably because you get to see your awesome big sister!"

"Whatever helps you sleep at night hermana," Camilla replied. She would never admit she missed her sister to her face, but she was happy that she could have her around for the next month. "Que cres! Ricky has a girlfriend!"

Cristina laughed loudly, "You're joking!" Her sister was always a gossip, and it surprised her that she took this long to tell her the news about her little brother Ricardo, or Ricky as they called him. Cristina was the eldest of 5 kids. Her mom and dad had her when they were 17 and decided to get married and move to the United States, so their daughter could have a better life being a born American citizen. The first few months were hard for the newlyweds and new parents, but they got through it knowing it would be worth it for their daughter's future. The couple didn't have kids for another six years when Camilla was born, so Cristina grew up taking care of her siblings. Two years after Camilla was born, the sisters finally had a little brother Ricardo. Two years after that, Selena was born, and a year and a half later came the last of the Diaz children Max.

"I'm not. I saw them together in the hallway on my way to lunch. Her name's Alondra." Cristina couldn't believe her siblings were growing up so fast. It felt like just yesterday she was at the hospital holding baby Ricky in her arms. "To be honest, she seems like a bit of a bitch."

Cristina laughed again. That was her sister in a nutshell: a gossip and brutally honest. "Why do you say that?"

"I don't know. She just always seems angry and when I introduced myself to her, she didn't even smile or anything."

"She was probably just having a bad day," and that was Cristina in a nutshell too: optimistic and open-minded.

"Whatever. Anyways... did you meet any cute boys up there in Canada?" Cristina rolled her eyes. "Que? You have to move on at some point!"

Cristina knew her sister was right, but she just couldn't bring herself to trust men after what happened with Irving. "I know, I know. I'm just... focusing on my career."

Camilla didn't believe her for a second, "Siempre es el tabajo! You know that excuse only works on Mom and Dad, right."

"Fine, I'm just looking for the right guy. After Irving, I'm making sure if I go out with a guy, he isn't a psychopath," Camilla laughed at her sister's description of her ex. Wasn't very off the mark either. "Mira, I'll find the one when I'm ready. Then you can gossip all about it to Mom."

"Fine, but, just so you know, Mom's been asking around to find you a boyfriend. She even called some old friends from Mexico and Argentina to find you a guy!"
