Marinette: The Princess of China

So Close, Yet So Far Away

It was Friday, and the students had Ms. Bustier's class again that day. They were very excited to discuss the trip they were having to China. They were most excited to find out when the trip was going to be. They had a problem though, Ms. Bustier's class was the last class of the day, as they had to wait a while before they got the final details to their trip. 

"Good afternoon class! Today we will be going over the final details of our trip such as the date, what you need to bring, and some of the activities we will be doing!" The class cheered. They were very excited for the trip, so it took a while to quite the class down.

"Can we just hear the final details to the trip PLEASE!!" Shouted Kim. He was way, way too excited for this trip. 

"Ok, Kim." Ms. Bustier sighed. "We will be leaving for China on Sunday, and you must bring cool, summer-y clothes as well as any other essentials you will need like your phone or cameras. We will get a tour of the palace and we will get to go shopping. We will also go on a walk to the great wall of China, so bring good walking shoes. Remember we will be staying in a hotel, so don't bring many suitcases." The class started talking amongst themselves because of the new information they received.  "Class!" Ms. Bustier yelled. Everyone silenced immediately, seeing Ms. Bustier had something more to say. "We will be meeting at the Charles de Gaulle Airport at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. You must be on time because the pilot, as well as us, won't be waiting. I will give you the last 10 minutes of class to talk about the trip, and once the bell rings, you are dismissed.

"Girl how excited are you! We're going to your hometown!" Alya said excitedly! "Mhmm" Marinette said absentmindedly. At this Alya frowned and turned to talk to Adrien and Nino, after staring at Marinette.

Once the bell rang everyone flew out of the classroom, excited for their trip.

Hey guys! I'm sorry I haven't posted lately. I know in the last chapter I said I would post, and I didn't. I had writer's block but I got over it and managed to finish the chapter.
