Y'know what's fun? Not standing in front of 2 men you don't know while in your undergarments and they can see all the injuries caused by yourself and other people. Hah... funny.

"You're quite skinny. Have you been eating right? Sleeping? You're also quite pale" Malachi kept nagging me about my personal health which all the answers were a no. When would I of had time to eat? Sleep? Moisturize?

"Well... I should make it out of a stretchy fabric incase you gain some weight" he scratched his chin, seeming to be in thought. He was going way too quick with these questions and I couldn't keep up. He was also wrapping a measuring tape around me in the process. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Out of the blue, I felt my throat clog up and I knew I had to leave. I pushed myself out of his grip, bringing my hand up to my mouth. Raising my hand, I gestured to give me a sec and ran. I ran out of the room, realizing I had no idea where the bathroom was. I darted my head left, scanned then darted my head right and found a hallway. In my favor, all the doors in the hallway were open. I quickly walked down the hallway, holding back the coughs. I passed the first door; the bedroom I woke up in. The second door was a closet. I walked past the 3rd door; bathroom. The 4th- wait. I reversed and ran to the toilet, closing the door behind me. As unusual as it felt, I leaned over the seat and let it go.

I started to cough, not as strong as when I had just woken up but stronger than it was in my other dimension. As I continued to cough, I heard the door to the bathroom open and Cyrus popped his head in. Unlike Cyrus, Malachi bursted right in. "Also easy to clean fabric" he muttered, jotting it down in his little notepad.

The coughing continued for a few more minutes and when it had stopped, I fell back onto my feet, wiping my mouth. As expected, there was a blood streak. Looking around, there was blood in and surrounding the toilet. I was nervous the blood might stain. After letting that sink in, I shifted my attention towards the men.

"And what was that?!" Malachi was shook. I'm guessing Cyrus never told Malachi about this. Then again, he had only seen this once.

"It's worse than I thought...." Cyrus rubbed his chin, looking to be deep in thought. While they talked back and forth, I scanned the area for a towel. I turned around and saw a black one which was great cause I wouldn't have to dye a white or other color red. Snatching the towel, I wet it in the sink and started to wipe up the blood, feeling guilty about possibly dying the floor or toilet bowl. Luckily, it wasn't stuck and rubbed right off. When I had finished cleaning the toilet seat, I flushed it and started to work on the floor.

While I was scrubbing, one of the 2 came over and trapped my shoulder. Turning my head, I see the long beak and Immediately knew it we Cyrus. He stood up straight and collected himself saying, "You don't have to clean you know, we do have magic".

He gently grasped my arm, helped me stand and pushed me behind him. "Watch this" he laughed and moved out of the way, moving next to the blood-soaked floor. He raised his arms, lightly whispering in a language unknown to me. As he spoke the words, he got insanely fast, his words slurring together. Bit by bit, bright glowing orbs started to surround him. It looked like a myriad of stars had made its way into the bathroom of this rustic home. The orbs started to come in larger quantities, but not taking up space in the room. I had put out my hand and one landed on my hand. It jumped around a bit and made a happy-sounding noise before getting sucked into the rest of them. When a large ball of light had formed, the color of it shifted from a bright yellow/blue color to a dark purple.

My heart started racing. Why did it suddenly change like this? Did something happen? Are we getting attacked. But, before I knew what to think, they all vanished and the floor was clean. It looked like you could've eaten off of it. I stumbled back in horror and shock at what I had just witnessed. Luckily, before I lost my footing, Malachi had grabbed me by the shoulders and kept me upright.

"Why do you look so scared?" Cyrus turned towards me, his shoulders dropped.

"W-why... what did you do to those?! Why did the feeling in the room go from happy t-to sad in an instant?!" Whenever he stepped closer, I held on to Malachi a little tighter.

"That was... that was magic in this dimension at work, sweetie. Were necromancers. We use the power of the dead to do magic. Their past life energy gives us power" Cyrus stated, taking a small step towards me. I continued to shuffle backward, still surprised at what I had just witnessed.

"But... the balls of light looked so happy!" I exclaimed. I was in a cold sweat and my heart was racing even faster. I don't know why I had such a reaction; their lives shouldn't matter to me but... it feels wrong.

"They're still happy, look!" Cyrus held a dark-tinted ball of light in his hand and the mood of it still hadn't changed from when I had held it. Looking up at him, I smiled slightly, still shook up from the situation.

"They're happy to be lending us their previous life energy and fulfill our needs. Were not doing anything bad" I felt less tension in the air as I released Malachi's arm and regained my posture. I quickly apologized to Malachi and stood in silence, not exactly knowing what to do.

"So... to recap... You cough up blood for some odd reason and Cyrus didn't tell you anything about the magic here. Good to know" Malachi was standing there flabbergasted at what had just unfolded. His notebook was floating next to him, the pen writing like crazy.

"Yeah. That sounds about right" I agreed, "Cyrus told me that the reason I cough up blood is because, me being a μαγική βρύση, It may be causing my body to react in self-destructing ways".

"I'm still skeptical on the reason but that seems to be the only logical explanation for it" Cyrus continued to inform Malachi on what we had talked about while I looked up at the tall men, sitting on the edge of the tub. Once Cyrus finished updating him, Malachi bent over and took a few more upper body measurements.

"Well, I'll have the uniform done before you know it! Let's make our way back to the living room, why don't we?" Malachi motioned towards the living room as I stood up and followed the 2. Getting back on the pedestal I was standing on before I had run away, I watched as Malachi set up his little sewing station and began his work.

Overtime, he'd have me try something on and test the size of it, it usually being sized correctly or too big. Once he seemed to be satisfied with his work, he allowed me to sit on the couch, still in my undergarments.

"I finished it!" He yelled happily, holding up a purple dress that was made out of seemingly soft, stretchy fabric, that had a swirls covering the whole fabric. The sleeves were extremely long and the dress was long as well, surely touching the floor or longer. He handed the dress over to Cyrus, who inspected it and nodded.

Standing up, he made his way over and handed it to me.

"Try this on" I smiled in response and tossed it on over my head considering I was already in my underwear anyway. Once I had got it on, I found that the dress just barely reached the floor and the sleeves, as I expected, were much longer than normal.

"May I ask why the sleeves are so long?" I looked over at Malachi, questioning his decisions.

"At first, it was a measurement error but I decided to keep it because I think it fit your kind of... introverted personality" He smiled to himself, happy with his work.

"Oh" I replied simply. Smiling, I took off the dress, not wanting to get it dirty.

"No, no, no. You keep that on" Cyrus said, stopping me.

"But why?" I asked, confused.

"This is your apprentice outfit. This is what you'll be wearing from now on!"
