NOVA STUMBLED BACK, seemingly at a loss of words. The brunette male stared back at her with those haunting eyes.

His lips upturned in a smug smirk. "Jeez, can't you knock? Thank God I wasn't washing my ass. That would've been awkward." His voice was deep and husky, just like she remembered it.

Then she realized this man was stark ass naked in her bathroom. Her eyes unconsciously dropped from his face to his perfectly sculpted body. She gulped as she the beads of water dropped downwards. Her breath hitched as they rolled over the curves of his abs, dropping into the patch of hair that led to—

Nova let out a mixture between a scream and a whimper. She felt her face burn as she quickly turned around, not letting herself see his man parts. Her hands flew to her burning cheeks, as if that could relieve her from her embarrassment.

"What the hell are you doing in my bathroom?!" She shrieked, feeling her heart beat run miles in her chest. She heard a deep chuckle leave his lips before the sound of a towel—her towel— being pulled off it's rack."I was taking a shower, obviously." He answered.

"What the fuck?" She breathed. She froze as she felt two muscular arms wrap around her waist, dropping his chin on her shoulder. She felt his wet abs press against her back. Her mind completely went blank.

"Don't act like you didn't miss me girl," he said, right next to her ear.

Nova felt her face burn for a second time as she weaseled her way out of his loose grip. "Get off of me you weirdo!"

Anarchy let out a few chuckles, walking from behind the flustered woman to her mirror. He used his large hand to wipe the foggy mirror clean. He grabbed the black hair tie on his thick wrist and proceeded to style his wet hair in a lazy bun. Her white towel was wrapped loosely against his hips making his V-dip much more noticeable. A soft, yet noticeable bulge sat comfortably in front of the towel. He was definitely a shower. She noticed a sleeve of colorful tattoos on his toned arm.

What the hell was going on?

"Why, why, why?! Are you insane?!" She questioned, starting to believe that the man was mentally unstable. Her eyebrows furrowed in disbelief as she tried to process what she was witnessing.

"Insane? No." He said simply as he removed a few strands of brown from his forehead . He turned to her, flashing his signature smirk. "I'm a little high, to be honest." He shrugged. "But not insane."

'Oh my god. This is really happening. Oh my god.' Nova panicked. She ran her fingers through her hair, looking in confusion at the half naked man in her home.

"Although the last therapist I've been to said I was emotionally unstable. Whatever that means."

She glared at him.

"That makes me feel so much better." She said dryly.

Anarchy chuckled. "Glad I could help."

"How? How did you even get in here?!" She asked, glancing at her now locked door. The man sighed.

Anarchy walked behind her, which made her tense up. She could feel her heart speed up more than it already was as his hand dropped to her lower back. His hand felt like fire to her clothed skin as he guided her out of the bathroom. He rested his his large hands on her tiny shoulders.

"You see that?" He asked, his voice right next to her ear, sending shivers down her spine. He pointed to her front door. "That's called a door. That's—"

Nova pulled away from the smirking man. "I'm not stupid! I know what a door is! This place was locked! How the hell did you get in here?!"

Anarchy let out a deep laugh that irritated our protagonist. He plopped down on her couch, man spreading and putting his arms on top of the seat. "Then stop asking stupid questions. All that shit doesn't matter."

The dark skinned girl flinched at his cursing before rolling her eyes.

"And tell me why I shouldn't call the police on you for breaking and entering." She crossed her eyes, glaring at the sitting man.

Anarchy scratched the back of his head. "Because I saved your ass from getting raped. No police." He said sternly.

"And how do I know you won't try anything?"

Silence reigned in the apartment for a few seconds before Anarchy threw his head back in laugher. "W-what? " she sputtered, feeling embarrassment grow in the pit of her stomach.

His laughter died down before he looked at her with those pale blue orbs. A smug smile touched his lips.

"Don't flatter yourself, princess. If I wanted you, I would've had you." He said in a voice as smooth as silk.

'Is it just me or have I been more flustered just today than my whole life?' She thought, burning up again.

"So you contact me a week after you murder my would-be rapist talking about some "I know what I want from you"?"

"Yes, come sit." He patted the seat next to him.

Nova looked at the man warily. "I'll stand."

Anarchy looked at her with a raise eyebrow. "Suit yourself. Anyways, I need you to get a position in Arcellio Enterprises. " he deadpanned, not letting his eyes leave the stunned woman.

"Did you really just break into my house to ask me if I can work for the richest company in the US?" Nova squinted her eyes at him in disbelief.  "I'm calling the police."

Nova went over to the table stand next to the couch and tried to grab the house phone. Keyword, tried. A larger, more stranger hand wrapped around her small, dark one, squeezing it in a crushing grip. She looked up to see Anarchy's eyes glaring at her. His normally pale blue eyes had darkened, and it scared the crap out of Nova.

"I said," he started in a cold tone. "No. Police." He growled.

Hearing him say that made a cold shiver run down my spine.

"F-fine." Nova choked out. He hesitantly pulled his hand, returning to his previous spot on the couch. The dark-skinned woman gulped, sitting at the far end of the couch. At least a foot of empty space separated them.

"Anyway. I need you to get a job there." He said, his voice less aggressive.

"I-I already have a job."

"Quit it."

"I'm literally still in school. I don't have the education to work there."

That mischievous smirk made it's way to his bearded face again.

"Don't worry. Let me handle all that."

That ominous voice scared Nova. What was she doing letting some "emotionally unstable" possibly dangerous, naked man stay in her home?

"What..." she paused, flickering her eyes up to see his gaze was still on her. She quickly averted her eyes. "What are you going to do? What do you get out of this?" She traced her finger on the cream colored couch, dreading the answer.

"Don't worry about all that." His voice seemed to drop, as if he just remembered something bitter.

"I know some people. Getting you in to the building will be the easiest part."
