3. The Saviour

Chapter Three

I felt shivers ran down my spine when the stranger started touching me on my private spots,I felt uncomfortable and disgusted.

He was about to rip my clothes off but suddenly I felt the weight disappear from my body,I looked to see what happened and saw Grayson hitting the guy in his face.I looked at him shocked,totally unsure what to do or say.

'Stop Grayson you're gonna kill him!'I yelled with a voice full of fear.

'I'm sorry man I didn't know who she was.'The guy who attacked me murmured.

'Get the fuck out and don't come closer to her ever again!'Grayson yelled angrily ans I saw the guy running quickly.

'Are you alright Lexi?'He called me Lexi..He looked concerned asking me how I felt.

'I'm..I guess I'm okay now..'I muttered looking at him.

'Who was that guy?'I asked him.

'Someone who won't touch you ever again.'He spat.

'Um..Thank you for dealing with him,if you weren't here..'I started crying out of nowhere,I just couldn't stop myself.

'Gladly I was here and you're fine now Lexi,next time be careful who's following you.'He said and looked around.

'Your juice bottles are shattered again.'He said trying to cause a smile on my face.

'Yea..I guess god just doesn't want me to bring juice at home today.'I smiled weakly.

'C'mon let's but new ones and I'll drive you home.'He offered.

'You don't have to..'I started but he protested.

'I have to make sure you get home safely Lexi,now let's go.'He said with a strict look on his face.

Earlier today he didn't pay attention to me and now he's saying he has to make sure I get home safely?Is this guy feeling alright?

I have to admit I'm really thankful he was here to save me,but I'm also really surprised of him acting like this.I thought he didn't give a damn about me.

I decided to ask him some stuff later,for now we were just walking down the street to the same supermarket I was a few minutes ago.

'Apple juice.'I said when we got closer to the juice section.

'I know.'He muttered and took two bottles of it.

'Do you love apple juice?'I asked him.

'I prefer raspberry juice.'

'Oh my god!Me too!I love it so much,but my mom prefers apple juice so we always buy it.'

As we went to the cashier I saw him pull out his wallet,I started to protest.

'Grayson you don't have to pay for it.'I said and tried to pay it myself.

'No it's only fair if I do,you shattered your bottles today,twice.I got this.'He said and gave the woman money.

'Thank you.'I muttered and we left the supermarket.

'My car is right there,c'mon.'He said pointing at the black mercedes.

I'm not really sure what kinda mercedes it was but I'm pretty sure it was one of the last models,because it sure as hell looked new and expensive.I didn't even know how he had money to buy that car.

'Nice car.'I commented when we reached it.

'Thanks.'He chuckled and unlocked the car,we got in and he started driving.

'My house is very close actually,you turn left and then it's..'

'I know where your house is.'Said Grayson without looking at me.

'Okay..'I murmured.

Soon enough we were in front of my house.

'Well I guess we're here..'I muttered again.

'Yea.'

'Um..thank you.'I told him and opened the door.

'For what?'He smiled,oh god I've missed his smile.

'For..everything?'I said with a questioning tone and smiled back.

'I did what I had to do.'He said firmly.

'Um..would you like to come in?'I asked him suddenly.

'Thanks,but I really have to go.'He smiled again.

'Okay,sure.'I shrugged and got out of his car.

'Goodbye then!'I waved at him.

'Bye Lexi.'He said disappearing from my view in seconds.

I didn't bother knocking,because the door was open.I entered the door to see my mom and dad walking in the room nervously.

'Oh there you are!Where have you been Alexis?!'My mom asked with concerned look on her face.

'I was in the supermarket to buy juice.'I simple answered.

'And what the hell took you so long?!We're done eating.'Said my dad.

'Oh..I ran into my friend and we were talking and I didn't know how time flew.'I decided not to tell my parents about my accident or my trip to Colorado would have been cancelled immediately.

'And that friend gave you a ride home?'My dad suspiciously asked.

'Yes dad,we're in the same school and mostly same classes,so he's just my friend,end of discussion.'

'I will decide the end of this discussion Alexis!I don't want you sitting in every boy's car like that,do you understand me?!'Since when did my dad become this strict.

'Dad I told you he is just a friend and I've known him for years,what's wrong with sitting in his car?'I decided not to give up.

'You're a pretty girl Alexis,you don't know what thoughts will be that guy having with you in his car!'He raised his voice quite suddenly.

'I know but it's not like I was in some stranger's car!'

'And I told you that I never want to see you to jump into any boy's car!Do I make myself clear?'

'Yes,dad.'I said putting the juice bottles on the table,I wasn't really in a mood for eating anymore.

Sometimes I hated the way my dad saw things,his religiousness will once harm him.I don't understand what is wrong with sitting in a car alone with a boy,plus if you know this boy.

I went to my room and closed the door,sure,I was hungry because my stomach constantly reminded me of that,but I was in absolutely no mood for eating a single bite.

I changed from my close into pajamas and laid down on my bed,thinking about Grayson.He has always been so weird towards me or maybe I was the only one who thought like that,because today he didn't even apologize for scaring the shit out of me and next time he saved my life.

I wanted to talk to him about it but I knew how he'd act.He would be cold hearted about it and that would hurt me,as always.So I decided to somehow forget about him and hopefully fall asleep.
