Chapter 10

"LETS DO THIS!!!!"

The lions fought with great power, and strength. But the Galra were the same. Shiro and Keith were fighting off about 7 ships, while Hunk and Lance were doing the other 5. Shiro was giving Keith some instructions on how to attack one of the ships without see him, but Keith didn't listen. Instead of following Shiro's stealth instructions, Keith flew in and made red swipe the ships with his huge mechanical claws. Sadly his moves failed, as the Galra suddenly used a laser blast they've never used before..and turned out the power in red. "This would be so much easier with Voltron!!!" Keith yelled as he angrily slammed his hands on Red's controllers.
"Keith watch out!!!" Lance yelled as the Galra realized another strangely powerful blast. Lucky for Keith it didn't hit him, for it hit...the ship?!. 
It hit he Caslte ship, which meat Allura and Coran had come to help!  "Paladins, get beside me and fire you're best shots, in 3!!! 2!!!!

1!!!!"
She yelled as we all shot back with our lions element blasts. Blue released ice, Red released fire, Black released an amazing amount of powerful energy, and Yellow released a hard blast of laser light, with a few small but painful rocks. And last but not least, Coran fired the defenses of the Ship, causing the Galra ships to retreat, or disable. "Paladins, hurry we must get somewhere safe, fly into the ship while we look for a place to land!" Allura said as all the paladins including Matt flew into the ship. Everyone stepped out and started talking about there victory, when Hunk noticed Lance was nowhere to be seen.
"Hey guys where's Lance? And Pidge?" Hunk asked, with obvious worry in his voice. I don't know, wait is that..PIDGE!?!" Shiro yelled as he saw Lance walks out of he Blue lion, with a limp cut up Pidge in his arms. "What happened to her?.." Shiro asked as he took Pidge out of Lance's arms, to the healing pods.
"She was captured by the Galra and was hurt, they were even going to do something horrible to her if me and her brother wouldn't have come in time!" Lance yelled as he walked with Shiro and the other Paladins to the healing pods where Pidge was placed. "What are those for?" hunk asked asked as he pointed to a few tubes Shiro and Coran had injected into pidge's stomach and veins.
"Well, we need to get food and water into her system somehow don't we?" Coran said as he closed the healing pod carefully, and walked off.
Everyone stayed a bit longer before heading off to there rooms to get a good sleep. "Are you going to bed Lance?" Shiro asked as he looked as Lance laying down next to Pidge's pod. "I'm just gonna stay a few more minutes..."
"Ok, goodnight Lance..." Shiro said at last before giving Lance one last sympathetic smile before leaving him to his own business.

Lance thought that he would only do that for a day but...he kept sleeping close to Pidge for about a week, until one midnight......pidge's pod finally opened.....
