Jimin stood up.
"I'm sorry I have to go." Jimin dropped a $10 in the table. Then walked to the door and sprinted for 3 minutes before getting tired.
Why was he acting like the world is gonna shut down on him? For a man he confessed his feelings to but shut him down and broke his heart in a second.
Tae did have strong feelings like Jimin. But Taehyung had those feelings for another boy.
As Jimin runs to the pizza shop across campus his phone is endlessly ringing from Jungkook. But Jimin doesn't bother to look or answer. Just silents his phone.
Then Jimin locks eyes with Taehyung. The only thing separating them now is the glass windows. Jimin catches his breath and calms down before going in.
"Here Jimin." Tae says handing him the box of pizza. While Jimin pulled out another ten dollars.
"Oh yea. I'm sorry about those text. I wasn't thinking. I was bored."
"It's alright. But I miss you too."
'Your lying'
Then Taehyung went to put the cash in the register and gave Jimin his change.
"So how's work?" Jimin breathed in.
'Calm down Jimin. Calm down. Your okay.'
"It's been good. How have you been?" Tae was getting around the counter.
'Calm. Calm. Calm.'
"That's good." Taehyung sat next to Jimin. Looking at Jimin while playing with his hands.
"So how's Jungkook?" Tae asked while looking up.
Jimin tried to pull back. "You're still in love with him?"
"Oh come on. You know I love you. I always will"
'No you don't'
"But how is he?"
"I should be going now, thanks for the pizza."
Taehyung's hands still intertwined with Jimin's. When Jimin tried to walk away Taehyung held it tighter.
"I love you"
Jimin pulled away.
"Thanks"
Why does Tae try this. Especially when Jimin tries to talk to him. He wants someone to at least pretend like they care about what he's talking about. Taehyung knows Jimin is an easy target for a meaningless night.
Jimin was a fool letting Taehyung do that eight other times. He liked feeling love although it wasn't real. Even if it was only for the night. He loved. And loved. And loved.
- Jungkook: Where tf did you go? Jungkook: why would you leave like that? Jungkook: dick appointment? Jungkook: JIMIN ANSWER ME. I FEEL LONELY Jungkook: The dick better be good smh Jungkook: you better answer
