Main Characters:
Equinox or also known as The Ex – a top secret organization that catches class A criminals, gangs, syndicates and other bad-ass organizations in which the police or the NBI cannot solved.
The Black Widow – a bad-ass organization with one ultimate leader which is known as the head and eight bosses which are the legs. Members of the Black Widow always wear a black Americana suit, and the bosses wear a skin tone Americana suit, both wears a tinted sun-glasses and a necklace with a spider pendant.
Captain Black – the leader of the top secret organization “Equinox” and a grandfather of Paulo.
Mr. 11 – Apprentice of Mr. Black.
Jan Adison Macready or also known as JAM – is a highshool student that based on her, a slightly normal girl with a butt-kicking ability of a fierce warrior, she is not like any other girls who does make-ups and wear sexy clothes. JAM has an extensive knowledge of weaponry (like guns, katana, nun chuck, butterfly knife, etc.). She became an agent of Equinox because of unexpected involvement of a gang called The Black Widow, and because of the gold plated benchmade model 42 butterfly knife.
Paulo Bailey – a grandson of Mr. Black who involved in catching the Black Widow because of his cards being hold by his grandfather. A vigilante partner of JAM. A soft-spoken person (like Kaede Rukawa).
