Hidden | A Bellarke Story: Book 1

Clarke
"No wait! It's okay, I'm not going to hurt you." The girl started to run. Earlier Clarke had found what looked like a crib in one of the houses. It had a cushion and everything so Clarke set Lexa down to sleep.

Clarke ran after the little girl.

There's someone else here. I won't let hem hurt me. If I just run his way there is a hidden log that she'll probably trip over, like I have when I first ran through here. Okay so just through this path, yes she fell!

The girl pounced out at Clarke when she was on the floor.

I can't let them Flamekeeper take me to the conclave.

"Wan op Fleimkeepa!(die Flamekeeper)" she shouted at Clarke. The girl sliced Clarke's leg with her knife.

"Natblida" the girl said and ran away

She's a nightblood. Well then she might want revenge for what I've just done, I'm going to go into the village to take her weapon. Yes that's a good plan.

Clarke
Clarke was still on the floor and just got up. It hurt a bit to walk, so she limped back to the village.

What if the girl goes back to the village and hurts Lexa. What if she takes my things. Shoot I have to get back.

When Clarke got back she first checked on Lexa. Her daughter was okay, but crying. Clarke soothed her and picked her up, then walked to where she left her gun.

It was gone. She went underneath a table and grabbed the first thing she could. It was a wrench, which was a good enough weapon.

Clarke picked up her backpack, walking stick, wrench and Lexa and headed down to the lake she had found earlier. The little girl was there. Clarke quietly moved through the rocks watching what the girl was doing.

The girls back was to Clarke, but she could see her holding some sort of spear. With on swift move, the little girl stabbed a fish out of the water.

"Can you teach me that?" Clarke said in Trigedesleng.

The girl started running.

"Hod op!" Which means wait.

"Give me back my things!" Clarke yelled, "please!"

Clarke limped over to the water. Clarke rolled up her pants and dipped the injury into the water. It stung a bit, but after Clarke was fine.

"Last three people on earth, me, my daughter, and the last one happens to be the child from hell." Clarke muttered.

A couple minutes after Clarke was playing with Lexa. She made funny faces and Lexa laughed.

Madi
That child must be her daughter. I've seen the other mothers in the village with their kids too.

What is she doing? She seems to be using something on a piece of paper. I can't see from here. I might have to move. What if she making a weapon or something. I'm not gonna sure. Shoot!....... did she see me. What's she doing now. She's placed a rock on it.

The girl climbed out form her hiding spot and walked down to wear Clarke had sat. She took off the rock and admired Clarke's work. It was a drawing of her.

Clarke
I hope she likes my drawing.

Clarke went back to the village.

I have to get Lexa some knew clothes. Well I found some toddler and baby clothes in Becca's lab, which is where I got what Lexa has on right now, if I remember I should have put extra clothes in my bag for Lexa. I think I also took some of Becca's clothes for myself. ya I'll do that.
