Chapter 1 "Bye Los Angeles"

"Fuck this crap,how can someone be so cunny argghh" I groan while hitting my study desk  in my room and standing up its 6 am I haven't slept all night trying to find out who that stupid criminal is and why I'm never able to catch him he leaves evidence but too small to use "but nothing I can't deal with" I say trying to cheer myself up "oh who am I kidding I'm so close yet so far, I don't just know why it's like it's just there but I can't grasp it" I say while rubbing my temples. "Talking to yourself again?" I look up and see my younger brother Adrian leaning on the frame of my door, I smile and he walks in "you look tired oh no don't tell me you didn't sleep this night because of work" he says looking like my father well he does act like him and I'm four years older than him. "You know my work is very hectic I have to be very serious mostly now when that man..." I couldn't complete what I was saying before he cut me uff "that man again Ali if you die young because of no sleep and stress you won't  be able to get him at all so you better get some rest because you can't leave me alone alright Ali"  he says clearly reminding me of our parents, then I  pull him in for an hug " I'm sorry rian I'll try and get some sleep from now on" I say and he pulls away and shrugs "ehn, I don't really care"  then he walks out while whistling I just laugh and shout "bipolar" and I hear him laugh out loud then I decide maybe I should just rest for 1 hour and I'm about to jump on my bed when my phone rings I groan and walk to my desk then pick up my phone and see Mr Reed  so I answer "good morning sir" I say in a lazy tone "good morning to you too how is my favourite detective"  he says in a cheerful tone I just smile even though he can't see me "well I called to let you know that there was a list of transferred agents to another department and..." he says stopping "and what?" I ask anxiously "well when the list came out your name and mr Ross was on it to be transferred to the NYPD" he said in a low tone "what? I'm going to New York wait a minute whywas there a list in the first place?" I replied almost angry "calm down woman there was a transfer to places where the need is greater and they needed our good agents so I had to give out your names" he replied "so you knew about this and didn't bother to mention earlier" I say in a calm but fierce tone "the list only came out today and i only found out about your new department today and you are meant to be there by at most 2 pm bye" he said and cut the call. I sit on my chair for 5 minutes then I realise what just happened and get up quick
Y "I'm going to new York oh no". "Rian! ,Anna!" I say running outside my room.
