Snowed in❄⛄

Riley's P.O.V

It's around Christmas time, waking up to hear laughter and playful screams I turn towards Noah shaking him awake but he was passed out like a light. Getting up I check to see what was happening, my eyes widen and I saw snow it was snowing!

Running over to the bed I jump onto Noah and was shaking Noah violently as I shouted, "ITS SNOWING NOAH!! WAKE UP!!" I couldn't contain my excitement I was like a little kid but I didn't care once I heard Noah waking up I gave him a bright smile while he started stretching, "ughhh morning Riley" he says groaning looking up at me he saw a big grin on my face and just closed his eyes again.

I get up off him, walk straight downstairs and turn on the news report.

'Everyone needs to go back into their homes, this weather is just going to get worse. Do not leave the house'

Once I heard that I saw all the children getting told to come back inside, putting the heating on Noah walks down the stairs and looked outside, " it's getting worse" he says pointing outside. All we could see was the wind getting stronger, the snow falling hard overlapping each other.

I look over outside and saw it was close to our window," SHIT! We are Snowed in" I say getting scared but Noah looked at me with a smile," It's going to be okay we might get cold but at least we have covers to warm ourselves up" he says walking over towards me and hugs me tightly I felt like I was going to melt away because he was so warm.

Not long after we were hugging, I was completely warm "Ha! Did I steal your warmth?" I giggle while looking up at Noah as he looked like he was freezing, hearing his teeth chatter, body shaking. He was shaking his head fast acting all brave but the look in his eyes showed he was freezing, quickly I grab a blanket and throw it over his shoulders.

Later that evening.

Noah and I were in the park as the weather cooled down, we were both snuggled up with layers and layers of clothing looking like a snowman. ( LOOOOOOL SNOWMAN!!!! XDDDD)
While Noah wasn't looking I decided to make a snowball and keep it behind my back once Noah was a little bit further away I threw it at the back of his head making him fall flat into the snow, laughing really hard I grab hold of my belly as I couldn't breathe properly from all the laughing.

Noah gets back up giving me a glare as I was still laughing at him, he brushes off the snow that's on his fluffy coat and grabs some snow moulding it into a snowball and throwing it at my face. It makes me stumble back a bit but I manage to stay on my feet as I look over towards Noah with a shock expression whilst Noah gives me a slight smirk as for revenge.

Throughout the day we had a snowball fight until we collapse from exhaustion, we both enjoyed our time out in the park together. As the night lights came on we knew it was becoming night time, Noah and I take a slow walk to our house as it was only a few metres away.
Once we got home Noah closed the front door as I walk in after him, I take my coat, gloves and boots leaving me in my wet clothes.

I rush upstairs to take a nice warm bath as Noah was scraping the snow off our coats and boots. After I got out the bath I get into my pj's that were warm for me as Noah had them in the dryer, he came up and took a shower to rinse his body temperature otherwise he would be freezing cold.

It was 6 pm looking outside I check to see if it's been snowing again but to find that the snow was melting a little bit but not long later it started snowing again turning around I watch Noah as he starts making dinner for the both of us, a nice and hot stew.
A smile appears as I watch over Noah; I decided to go to the library to read my favourite book that I was completely hooked on once Noah and I brought this house.
I open the door slowly to the library as I smile to myself then searched for the book, the third row I grab a thick book with the title 'Angel Cakes' and sat at my desk opening the page I left it on before.

An hour passed by and Noah knocks on the door opening it carefully with a smile, "Dinner is ready Riley" I lift my head up and nod.
"Okay I'll be put in a second just finishing this paragraph, it just got really good" Noah chuckles and nods walking away leaving the door open slightly as he starts plate the stew in bowls for both Noah and me.
After not too long I finish the paragraph I was reading, putting the book down I make my way to the kitchen and see that my stew was placed on the table with Noah as he was waiting for me. Sitting down at the table I grab the spoon and blow on my spoon just so it didn't burn my tongue and takes a sip "mmm..so good" I smile to Noah as he chuckles.

Noah sits closer to me as he wraps an arm around my shoulder pulling me closer to him as he kisses my head, making my cheeks go dark red. Covering my face dropping my spoon into the bowl while Noah watches my reaction, chuckling he kisses my cheek this time. I look up at Noah a little as I noticed he was blushing a little which made me smile like an idiot.
"I love you, Riley.." he says looking back at me but this time he said that while staring deeply into my eyes as it makes my cheeks grew redder and hotter.
"I love you too.," I say softly as we both draw our faces together having a passionate kiss.

There we go, guys! I know it's been a long time since I wrote a story but I felt I needed to do this well I hope you like this chapter because I find this really cute 😊 Well! Show me the love you always do
