Jealousy Gets The Best Of Me

A/N this chapter is going to be a little bit different then all the others. Just think about what I said in the chapter my everything. It'll all make sense from there. Now on to the chapter.

It was his 17th birthday party. When I had arrived at his house for the party. I had saw all my friends that were his friends as well and some I really didn't know. Then I saw this girl walked in she looked like she couldn't be his type.

   After a while they looked a little too friendly with each other. Not going to lie it really broke my heart to see him with her like that. I honestly couldn't believe it. We were about to play laser tag and I wanted to be on his team and so did she. Of course he picked her over me.

I honestly got jealous over her. I started to get her out every time we would play. Then there was going to be this one game of laser tag where it was sudden death and there were no teams. I told myself "look bitch you gotta get this hoe out she's trying to steal your mans".

   I did what I had to do I got the little hoe out. After we all were playing his best friend came up to me. "Hey, are you alright?" I had to put on a brave face because I didn't want to have to explain to him why I was upset. "Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

He goes "I know what's going on you don't have to put up a front." I just look at him. "I'm not putting up a front, I'm fine really!" He just looks at me and smirks. "You know he doesn't really like her he likes you."

  I just look at him. "Really? Because he picked her over me for me laser tag."  He just looks at me "I told him to pick you but he wouldn't listen to me." I just looked at him I thought to myself I know he would never lie to me. He told me before he doesn't like lying.  "Okay I believe you."

We walked back inside with our arms over each other. He whispered in my ear and said "remember don't let her get to you." I sat down next to him and his brother. She tried to make his party all about her. She stood up and said "so I brought Mario Party and since it's my game and his party we are going to go first with three of our friends because we were once the original squad."

I know that was directed towards me because she looked at me when she said the last part. I said to myself. I just rolled my eyes. It's not even her party it's his. So why does she think it's okay to make the shots when it's not her party to begin with. She's only a guest here. I stood up and went over by his sister and her friend.

I met his sister at my school once. "Hey guys " I said to her. "Oh hey it's the survivors from the sudden death game." His sister said. I just laughed real lightly. She looked at me if she could sense that something was wrong.

   "Um hey, do you want to go outside and talk you kind of look a little down?" She asked me. I just shooked my head. She got up and started to walk outside. We sat on this little bench on the patio.

"So, what's wrong?" She asked me. I just looked at her and sighed "It's your brother and that girl." I said. She nodded for me to continue. "She just gets under my skin and I let her. I don't know what has gotten into me but every time she says something about your brother I just want to fight her." I said.

  "Then your brothers best friend tried to talk to me and calm me down but I only felt like he was trying to protect him." She just looks at me. "Is it possible that you're jealous of her and maybe you feel that way because you like my brother?" She asked me. "I mean I guess so." I said.

  "Don't let her get to you and if you want I'll kill my brother for you." She said to me. I only laughed "No it's fine you don't have to do that but I swear to god if she brings up the "original squad" again while I'm around or tries to call the shots when it's his party I'm going to go off." I said.

"I can't tell if it's a threat or a promise." She said. "Trust me it's a promise, I have had enough of that girl." I said. We got up from the bench and we hug it out and go back inside. He then comes up to me. "Hey are you okay?" He asks. I just look at him. "Yeah I'm fine" and with that I walked away.

  I just sat with his sister and her friend for the remainder of the time. But I couldn't help and look at what was going on in the living room. "No guys it's my game and me and him are the only ones who can touch it." She said.

I'm not one to start something at a party but she has gotten on my last nerve. I looked at his sister and her friend. "Um hey remember that promise I made to you when we were outside?" I asked her. "Yeah what about it?" She said.

  "Well It's about to happen right now."  I said. "Are we about to see a wwe match right now in my living room?" She said. I only laughed "haha no just going to use my words and put her in her place." I said.

I got up and walked into the living room. It's now or never at this point. "Um you do realize that it's not your party it's his so really you don't get to call the shots you're just a guest." I said looking at her so she knew I was talking to her.

She just looked at me "obviously it's not my party I know that but its my game. So I'm just telling them that they can't touch it." I just laughed "You were calling the shots from the beginning. Once this friggin party started you were calling all the shots. When some people wanted to play Mario Party you told them no that you him and three others were going to play because you guys were the "original squad". Then for laser tag you only wanted those specific people on that team. Not even caring about what he wanted since it's HIS party and not yours." I said to her.

She just looked at me "Yeah we are the original squad you're just trying to replace me." She said to me. "Could you be anymore stupid. I'm not replacing anybody. I'm just being a good friend and sticking up for my friend." I said.

  "Yeah you are trying to replace me. Besides who are you anyway?" She said. I just looked at her and laughed "1. I'm a friend of his and I go to school with him. 2. I'm a guest here just like you. 3. Honey if I was replacing you trust me you wouldn't be here right now. I can be friends with whoever I want so just make this very clear to you. You're a guest here act like it don't think that just because you were once part of the "original squad" you can do whatever you want because quiet frankly the only thing you can do is be a guest." I said smirking at her.

She just looks at him "are you really going to let her talk to me like that?" She said to him. His best friend stood up "She does have a point you were calling all the shots. Not caring what he even wanted." He said looking at her. Before she could say anything else her parent was here to pick her up.

  He got up and said bye to her but didn't even hug her. Serves her right. But what I didn't know was that my mom was also here to pick me up. "Thank you for coming  I hope you had fun" he said to me. "I did have fun I'm also a little sorry I kind of crashed your party. I couldn't keep letting her get away with it." I said to him. "It's okay I understand." He said to me. What he did was really surprising was give me hug right in front of her.

  She looked so upset at us. "By the way he told me what you guys talked about. You have nothing to worry about I'm yours." He whispered to me in my ear. I just look at him "I believe you" I said.

A/N So now that was the moment you all were waiting for and it only gets better from here. So stay tuned and this is probably the longest I have ever written.
