I paced back and forth in the guard tower looking at a map of the area from past Phoenix drop all the way to O'Khasis, thinking about what Zane was planning for war? Would be come by water land, did he some how find a way to come by air? What??? I kept looking at the map not realizing that Garroth was was staring at me, i then looked at him
"What is it Garroth?" I asked, he shook his head.
"Nothing its just you seem so stressed m'lady" he said, i nodded.
"I am Garroth i mean i don't know how Zane is going to attack us if he does" i said, he nodded and came over to give me a hug, i hugged back, then i pulled away looking at the map. Then Laurence came up the ladder.
"Hows it going up here?" He asked, i shrugged.
"I still don't know anything at all" I said, he sighed.
"Damn we need to figure out something" he said, i huffed.
"i know this Laurence" i said a bit rude, he nodded.
"Sorry I'm just stressed out with this" i said, he nodded again.
"I understand lady Aphmau I'm sorry for pushing you a bit" he said, i shook my head.
"Its fine Laurence" i said, i kept looking at the map then i think i had an idea, i looked at Garroth.
"I think i may have a plan but you guys wont like it" i said, they looked confused.
"What is it?" They asked in sink, i inhaled.
"What if i go under cover as one of Zane's guards?" I said, Garroth gasped and then shook his head.
"No lady Aphmau its much to dangerous!!" He said, i huffed.
"He wouldn't know it was me though!" I said back, he shook his head again.
"What is he finds out about it being you?!" He asked, i shook my head.
"He won't" i said, he continued to shake his head.
"No Aphmau you can't" he said.
"Well what other ideas do we have, this might be our only chance" i said, he sighed, then Laurence spoke up.
"It isn't a bad plan Garroth" he said, i smiled.
"If lady Aphmau can do this and find out Zane's plans then we can attack first without him knowing" he said, Garroth sighed.
"I don't know" he said, i sighed.
"Well its our only idea" i said, i then walked out leaving the boys. I walked to my house and down into my basement, i walked over to my chests and opened one fill of swords, i grabbed a diamond sword and then my hair, i then pulled it tight and then ran the sword through it at the length i wanted, i dropped the hair and set the sword down, then i walked into my bathroom and washed my hair with water and looked in the mirror, my hair was over my shoulders and short, i didn't look like me, which was good, i then walked back over to my chest, picked up the hair and through it out, now i needed some armor to wear with a helm, i grabbed the sword and walked back up stairs, once outside i saw Cadenza, i ran up to her, surprising her.
"Lady Aphmau what did you do to your hair?!" She asked, i shook my head.
"Its not important but i need a favor" i said, she nodded still confused.
"I need some new armor that i wouldn't wear" i said, she looked confused still but agreed. She then walked home and started to make it, then i heard a gasp behind me, i turned around and saw Garroth.
"Aphmau what did you do to your hair?!" He asked, i giggled.
"I cut it so Zane wont know who i am" i said, he sighed and then handed me a crystal pendant.
"This is so we can communicate while your gone" he said, i nodded and took it.
"I will Garroth don't worry" i said, he nodded and i then walked to Cadenza's for my armor, as i walked in i heard her putting it together, i walked down stairs to see her setting the armor on a stand, the armor was perfect, it was a strong iron set with a helm as well, she then turned around and jumped a bit as she saw me.
"Lady Aphmau you startled me" she said, I giggled.
"I'm so sorry Cadenza" I said, she smiled.
"It's ok but your armor is done" she said, I looked at it and I could see my reflection in it.
"Thank you so much Cadenza it's perfect" I said excited, she giggled.
"I'm glad you like it" she said, I nodded and tried it on, it was light and fit well, she then handed me my helm and I slipped it on, it was comfortable and I could see out of it. I then took the helm off.
"It fits perfectly Cadenza" I said, she nodded.
"That's good to hear now you may take it home" she said, I nodded and walked up the stairs still in the armor holding my helm, once outside I saw Garroth he was talking to Laurence, I smiled and walked up to them.
"What do you guys think?" I asked, They looked at me in awe.
"You look hot m'lady" Laurence teased, I laughed at him.
"Thanks dork Garroth what do u think??" I asked with a small giggle, Garroth looked like he was going to have a nose bleed.
"Y-you look g-great" he stuttered, I giggled.
"Thanks I think I'm ready to go to O'Khasis" I said, the frowned.
"We wish you didn't have to go" Garroth said, I nodded.
"I know but I have to only for a little while so while I'm gone Garroth your in charge" I said, he nodded and Laurence hugged cause I didn't say him, I then walked up to my house to get a few of my things so I would be ready to leave, well in the morning at least.
