Selena was unconscious for more than a week. Most of the students in the school were actively talking about what happened. Some even came up with their own theories such as fatigue, struck by lightning and even bizarre one such as possession. They were linking her possession to the mysterious event that happened at the cafeteria . No one actually knew the truth about it. They said that she was possessed by 'something' at the cafeteria and the 'thing' took her to the woods. They even talked about the 91 days of exorcism. Hanna just ignored them while thinking that they were love deprived and didn't have other things to do.
Hanna wanted them to stop, but couldn't do anything to stop them by herself. Even if she did something, they would only be silent for a day or two. Hence, she just avoided anyone of them. Moreover, Hanna couldn't care much about it because there was something else in her mind. It was about Bill. Their relationship got more intimate by each passing day.
A fortnight after the incident that became the gossip in Pennsylvania, Selena finally woke up. She asked Hanna what had happened before she woke up and Hanna told her everything. Almost everything except things regarding Bill. Selena could sense that Hanna was hiding something from her knowledge. She wanted to ask Hanna the truth but Hanna suddenly had to go home immediately as if Hanna knew what she had in mind.
At school, Hanna always avoided talking to Selena. This treatment made Selena felt angry with Hanna each time Hanna did it. The rumours that were spreading at that time also pour oil to the fire.
The "best friends" title given to them was slowly fading away. The situation was getting worse when Selena saw Hanna spent the time after school together with Bill at the roof. The roof was known as a place for lovers to spend their time together or when confessing to your crush and Hanna was there at the sacred place. She felt that she was crossed because Hanna told that she had work to do after school and not went home with her.
The situation continued through the whole week and Selena could not take it anymore. She felt betrayed by Hanna's actions. Selena finally be able to see Hanna on Saturday and tried to settle their problem.
"HANNA!!! Come out right know or I bust the door to your face, you piece of shit!" shouted Selena like she and the door were 1 light year away.
"Calm down okay!! I'm coming!" Hanna replied.
"What is wrong with you?! It's fortunate that my par-"
"One punch!!" Selena punched Hanna's face before she could finish her sentence.
"Arghh!! What the hell??!"
"You traitor! Why did you cross me?!"
"When did I cross you idiot?! I will never do that to my friend okay,"
"Trying to bluff me huh? Then explain to me what you do with Bill every time after school?! Setting up the mood on the roof?"
"How did you kn-"
"I SAW IT WITH MY FUCKING EYES!! Now explain it from A to Z!"
"Fine Selena, you are right. I love Bill from the moment I laid my eyes on him. He is not like the guys in our school. He is different. At first, I thought that I will throw my feelings away. But when he came and gave the breakfast that morning, I cannot say no. He just perfect,"
"But Hanna, what about our promises? The Triangle? Our friendship? What about those things? Does Bill more important than that?
"Tell me Hanna, tell me!"
"People say friends can be find but love not. I'm sorry but if you cannot accept Bill, then I cannot accept you,"
