Pacing my enclosure in the dim red light, I glance over to see Dako pointing at something behind me; near the bio lock that separates my paddock from the main outside paddock which in turn is separated from the main marina paddocks by a electrode fence.

The systems must all be down and therefore someone or something has gotten into my enclosure. From the way Dako's shaking I'm guessing a normal figured out the glitch. Memories of the first normal I met spring up in my mind, the terrifying little Raptor trying to rip me apart.

I turn around slowly, not wanting to provoke whatever may be lurking just inside the bio lock. I am met with a curious pair of golden eyes half hidden by pale gray hair. He's a half-human, and an Indoraptor component from the looks of it.

Here's hoping he has some human compassion and isn't just instinct like the first Indoraptor.

"Come on. Everyone else is waiting with Mosa. You two are the last half-humans we need to rescue."

He planned this? Him and all the others are planning on escaping tonight? I have a chance to get out of here? I walk over to Dako and lift him from the water. He struggles a bit but calms down and lets me carry him when I tell him we're escaping tonight.

The Indoraptor boy leads us out through the open-air paddock to the still inactive fence and from there we meet up with another raptor component, named Blue. He refers to the Indoraptor as Indie, and kisses him when he sees that Indie found us.

So they're like me and Dako. They're mated by choice and don't care what InGen thinks about them. We get back to the others and find InGen techs nearby. They haven't noticed the others yet because Mosa has them hidden behind him. Indie pops his knuckles, and his spine.

I watch as his pupils shrink, slimming down to black slits. He then takes off, sprinting towards the techs. Within seconds all of them lay dead or dying on the ground. One tries to reach for his radio but Indie coldly bites down on his neck. He rips his head up, bringing a good chunk of the tech's throat with him.

When he walks back over to us, he's wiping blood from his face and his pupils are back to their regular size. So he can tap into the instincts of his component. Which makes him very unstable whenever he accesses it because he cannot hardly control himself.

We all walk over to the marina and I see that two of them have children, newly hatched. Mosa has a boy and a girl, and Onco has a little boy. Will they be making the journey with us?

Something occurs to me. Most of us other than Mosa can't swim the distance to the mainland. Blue seems to understand what I'm thinking, because he explains it to me.

"We figured Mosa would be the only one who could actually make it swimming, so we stole a boat complete with a tank for our aquatic components."

Dako nods, smiling at me. So I'm guessing Blue and the others stole the boat while Indie got me and Dako.

Mosa swims over to the gate after Blue gets him the code from one of the techs who isn't dead yet. He unlocks it after a couple failed attempts and we all board the boat.

Ceros is actually a lot different from what I imagined him to be like. He's similar to Brachy, just because his lower half is that of a Megaloceros and the massive antlers of his component species jut out from his head. His fur is a dark brown color, his antlers a pale brown similar to Brachy's eyes. His own eyes are an icy blue.

Dako has dark green scales with bits of black here and there. His eyes are an eerie yellow different from mine or Mosa's. A brighter color, ghostly and terrifying.

We start up the engines, following Mosa out into the sea. The younger Mosasaur components stayed on board in the tank, because they were too young to make the crossing despite seemingly being our age.

As Isla Nublar fades in the rain, we watch the mainland come into view on the horizon.
