We were all excited about the award show for several days, so excited that I totally forgot about my birthday this saturday.

"Hey, are you coming over tonight?" Jessica's voice said over the phone.

"I don't know, I'm so tired from all the shopping you dragged me on today." I said.

"Please! I miss having you over!" She continued, trying to get me to come. I agreed that I would stay for a few hours. I got my high waist shorts on and a cute top. It was the end of the summer, but it was still pretty hot. September was a few days away, oh how I always hated the fall.

After a few minutes of getting some make up on my face to look a bit good, I was out the door.

When I arrived at Jessica's flat, I just walked in. I was so used to the fact that she never locked her door, especially not if she knew I was coming over.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" a lot of people screamed right in my face.

I got really surprised by it all and started thanking everyone.

"Thanks for coming." I said to Harry. I smiled at him as he smiled back.

"Happy Birthday love!" He said and hugged me tightly. "Here." he said and gave me a gift.

"What? Harry, no. I can't accept this." I said and gave it back. He pushed it back to me and insisted.

"Well thank you so much, I'll open it later, okey?" I said and gave him a big hug and a quick kiss on the cheek before I walked over to a table full off gifts.

We all danced throughout the night and got quite wasted. Half of the people had left and it was me, the boys, their girlfriends, Jessica and a few more people.

Eleanor and I got really close that night and decided to hang out sometime.

"Can I talk to you for a second?" Harry asked me. I agreed and we walked in to Jessica's spare bedroom. I sat down on the bed and just looked at him. He pulled out the gift he had brought.

"Open it" He said. I started unwrapping this small box and when all the wrapping paper was off I saw a Tiffany's box. My jaw dropped, probably a few inches.

"Are you crazy?" I asked him, still in shock. Based on the box, I knew it couldn't have been a cheap gift.

"No, not really." He said and waited for me to open it. I opened the box, inside was a beautiful necklace. A silver heart with small "diamonds".

"This is too much!" I said and tried to give him back the box. He pushed the box back at me.

"I want you to." He said and took out the necklace and hung it over my neck. I touched it and stared at Harry, he tried to smile but failed.

"Thank you!" I said and gave him a big hug. "It's too much though."

He hugged back, ignoring what I had just said.

The next few weeks passed away like a fly, christmas was just around the corner. I was really busy with a lot of school work and didn't have the time to see Harry. It was friday, it was raining as usual, the snow hadn't come down yet, and it bothered me.

"Are you ignoring me? :(" Harry texted me.

He had called several times, but I couldn't answer. I was taking extra lessons at the university, I decided to take an extra class this year, psychology.

"Harry, I'm in class." I texted back as quickly as I could.

The teachers here were really strict about phones, talking in class and surfing the internet.
