Yesterday I asked Wanda and Natasha if they wanted to go shopping with me tomorrow. So now it's tomorrow and we're done buying shoes and we're on our way to get dresses. We've been out here since 9 o'clock and it's almost 2. So we need to be quick so we can get ready for the party. Both Wanda and Nat know I'm going to the party with Bucky, they just don't know we're official yet. We'd like to keep it that way for all the Avengers. We know we're moving quickly. We know it's a little strange, and that's pretty much exactly why we don't want to tell anyone for a while. We don't want to deal with the weird the looks, and all the questions about if we're sure about this, and if it's a good idea, but most importantly, we'd like to avoid Tony making comments he thinks are funny, but are actually offensive. Bless his heart though. We enter the dress shop and start looking around. We all show each other dresses we thing each other might like, and some to get opinions of what we think it will look like on ourselves. After about another hour of trying on dresses, we've finally decided and are going up to pay. "Your total is $739.47." The cashier says. "Jesus!" I exclaim. "It's okay. I convinced Tony to give us his card. I told him I'd only use it for dresses because they're more expensive." Natasha explains, then swipes the card. The transaction completes and we grab our bags and leave the store. We go to Natasha's Corvette and put our bags in the trunk with the shoes, then we all pile in. Me in the back, Nat driving, and Wanda in the passenger seat. Nat revs the engine, then starts driving back to the tower. "So what did you and Barnes do when the power was out? Y'know given that no one left their floors except Rogers because no one but him would be okay with that many stairs." She looks at me through the mirror and raises an eyebrow. "Not whatever your mind is concocting up." I reply with a chuckle. "Well, do tell then." She says urgently. "If you must know, we made a blanket fort, played stupid games that made us laugh harder than they should've,-" I start listing. "Wait wait wait, you got Bucky Barnes, to laugh?" She asks, cutting me off. I nod. "He barely ever smiles!" She exclaims. "Well he was clutching his stomach in pain from how hard he was laughing." I explain. "Man you do something to him, and whatever it is, keep doing it. Anyway, continue telling us." Wanda says. "We made makeshift sparring mats and did training, ate food, and watched movies. That's really it. Not that exciting." I finish explaining. "That's intere- Wait you were watching movies? How?" Nat asks. "My magic." I say plainly. "But don't you have to be holding hands or something?" Wanda questions. "Not exactly. I just have to be touching him, but it usually was hand holding, yeah. Because we were watching horror movies because Bucky hasn't seen the ones of this time yet." I explain. "Oh, so there was cuddling?" Nat asks with a knowing tone. "Shut up." I laugh.

We pull into the parking garage of the tower, Nat parks in her spot and we all get out. There's a crazy amount of cars in the garage, all super expensive of course. If they weren't be shocked. We get our stuff from the trunk then go to the elevator. Nat pushes the button to go up and soon the doors open and we all pile in. Nat pushes the button for her floor, 102, and we start the ascend. She said she kicked Clint out so we could have the whole floor to ourselves to get ready in and no one would see us until we go to the party. We arrive at her floor and walk out. It's the same as mine and Buckys floor but different colours. "Clint you better not be here still!" Nat yells. "I'm leaving! I'm leaving!" He says as he walks out of the hallway and towards us. "Where are you getting ready?" Nat asks. "All the guys are getting ready on Steve's floor, Thor is coming a little later." He explains, the gets on the elevator. "have fun then!" Nat calls out as the doors close. "Okay let's go." Nat says, then starts walking to her room. Wanda and I follow behind her. When we get into her room we toss our bags on the bed and Nat gets her makeup from her bathroom and puts it all on the bed as well. "Jeez, got enough makeup?" I ask jokingly. She must have like 6 pounds of makeup. "Nope." She responds instantly, causing the three of us to chuckle.

We spend the next few hours getting ready, and by that I mean doing our hair and makeup, and if we don't like it, we take it all off and start over. Now we're finally ready. Wanda is in a cute red skater dress with black stilettos. She's got her hair curled loosely and neutral makeup. Except her lips are a deep red. Nat is in a black dress with a white, short sleeve cover over and black pumps. Her eyes are a light brown smokey eye and her lips are red, but not as bold as Wanda's. Her hair is curled as well. As for me, I'm in a flowy black floral dress that does show quite a bit of cleavage, black stilettos, and my makeup is mostly neutral with a red lipstick as well. All three of us are matching that way. For my hair I left it down, so it's flowing is soft waves over my shoulders.
