For a moment These notions are tolerable. You choose to remain nonchalant In regards to the parsimonious Emotion which gives you the upmost unwelcoming of greetings. After all, the norm is to strive for Composure, the exposition of pain being Taboo.
The void Consuming your being, it finally Encompasses who you are, Not only allowing it to affect you but Ravage your personality. Now your demons have come out to join You, guide you, through this sadistic path that you have chosen, succumbing to needs That long to be fulfilled.
Alas The person you once were has seemed to Vanish, having withered away. The only remnants being the placidity That you possess. What was once Prudence is now promiscuity.
Boredom is now Something that has become foreign to you. Audacious and mischievous behavior are Delightfully enticing, engulfing your every Whim. Instant gratification is invited and Celebrated by the inner demons you've released, Temptation being their call and gospel. According to them, it will Be your true salvation. To be a heathen is To be enlightened.
The end of your day Selfishness proves itself to be Overpowering, the last of your safeguards Diminish to dust leaving you defenseless Against these Imps of perversion.
