Chapter 4/

I was currently job hunting ... If you didn't know I'm 18 years old and i just graduated high school.

I need to do something with my life besides sitting in my room watching Doctor Who while eating half of my pantry.... Btw my dads gonna freak when he finds that out.

I walk into a Pet Store and I asked if they had any job openings.

"Do you guys happen to have any job openings?" I ask the little old lady in back of the cash register.

"Actually, yah we do. Do you have any experience with animals such as Dogs,Cats,hampsters,or Rabbits?" She asks nicely

"I have experience with a dog and hampster"

"Okay then let me get your uniform. Welcome aboard... Miss...?" she asked for my name.

"Mariana Lopez. But you can call me Mari"

"Okay, let's go meet your coworkers and you'll start work next week"

She lead me to a back room, which I assume is for the staff.

We slowly make our way to 4 figures.

"Okay guys! This is Mariana, she's our new starting worker" the old said.

A young girl around 16 came up to me and introduced first.

"Hi I'm Stacey. It's nice to have you aboard" she smiled sincerely.

Then an older guy around the same age as the older lady around 60..

"Hi sweet pea, I'm Carl. Sues husband" he said smiling at the older lady, which I now know as Sue.

Their adorable..

Then the 3rd person came up and introduced them self.

"Hi, I'm Amanda" the last girl said kinda glaring at me.

" Nice to meet you" I said smiling

Then the last person came up...

Ohhh, he was cute.

No Calums ur brother... Boyfriend... no brother..

Besides he hasn't even asked me out to there should'nt be a problem.

"Hi I'm Ashton" he said smiling with his dimples showing.

Oh god, I think I might die.

"H-h-hi-iii" I stuttered

Wtf is wrong with me!?

He laughed then shook his head In a teasing way.

"Well now that you've met everyone you can now get you uniform and get home." she said while handing me my uniform and a name tag with my name on it and a set of keys.

"We're closing In 10 minutes" she finished grinning

"Okay, thank u so much Sue ! Bye everyone" I said waving slowly leaving and I was about to walk out but then turned back around and said, "Ohh and Bye Ashton " I said smirking at him and him returning the favor. Which earned a glare from Amanda.

The fuck is her problem!

I got in my car listening to Nirvana and before I knew it I was home, eating , then knocked out.

Ignoring Calum.... I'm not ready to answer hi question.. and idk if I'll ever be ready...
