My Dream 7/28/18

Preparing to Skydive

I was in the mall with my siblings. I saw Gavien, Shea, Mazie, and Stella. I remember going up an escalator. The mall was 3 stories high. I remember I saw one of my closest friends named Amber. She was so happy to see me. We talked for like a minute and then she had to go but I was so happy to finally she her after awhile. I remember being in a room at the mall. It was like a room that had an open wall. There were 2 couches against the wall and the side. There was a TV on the left wall. There was these tiny animals in these plastic cups on the couches. I think there was 5 of them. There was a man on the TV telling us about the animals and to be careful with them. I picked one up and this little animal was going crazy like running super fast in circles around inside the cup. I placed my hand over the cup gently so the animal wouldn't escape and I set the cup back down where it was. My siblings were looking at the other animals. I told them it's time to go so we left. We were on the 2nd floor. We had to get outta here. We went down the escalator and made an exist out the doors. Me and my friend Destiny thought of going skydiving with our class. When I say skydiving, I don't mean from jumping off an airplane. I mean jumping off from a bus from the top of a mountain with a parachute and land in the lake. The drop was like 100 ft. Me and Destiny were on this bus with our class. It was more like a class to take when you're learning to "skydive". We were in the very back. We drove up the mountain and I hear the driver talking as we went up. The bus almost flipped back, it was so scary but we didn't. The mountain was that steep. But there was a road on the mountain for cars to drive up and down for the sites and views from the top. The driver took us to the lake first. The water was so cold. We all swam in it. Our lesson was to get use to the cold and get use to the habitats around us. I caught a snake with my bare hands. It had teeth, not fangs. The head 11cm long and 8cm wide. The body was like 2 ft long and the thickness was like a banana. It had black and brown stripes on the body. I held it by the head and its body so it wouldn't bite me. I liked holding it and showing people my catch. It did try to bite me but it didn't work. Destiny was kinda scared but mostly shocked. I laughed. People came over to me as I released it into the water. I gently tossed the snake in the water because if I released it in the water, it would turn around and bite me after I let go of the head. We all saw it swim off. It was time to go back on the bus for our next destination. We all went to an indoor swimming pool with our coach. She had tattoos on her back, shoulders and some around her ankles. They were pretty, she had little diamonds pierced into her body. I showed her which tattoos I liked the best. I made her laugh. Our class had to line up on the end in the water and have our black parachutes in one hand. The water was just as cold as the lake. We can't let go of it when we swim. She told us whoever reaches the end first is the winner. It was a race. I was on the very end on the right side. Destiny was right next to me on my left. Coach was standing on the opposite side of us and when she blew the whistle, we all started swimming really fast. I was almost first but I glanced over to my left for a second to see one guy a little ahead of me. I started to swim faster. I was afraid to hit the side of the pool because I was so close to it. I didn't win but I was close. She told us great job and we must do it one more time then we are good to go skydiving. She blew the whistle, we all swam faster his time, it was more serious. I heard coach yell at me to keep my parachute in my hand, it was slipping off. We all made it to the end. Everyone was out of breath. We all got out and lined up where coach was. She was sitting in a chair next to a man she was talking to. Discussing about our class and how we did. We all walked out in a line, one by one. I was the last one in line. After everyone left, I stood there in front of coach and asked her how I did and she said I was great. We both smiled and I walked out. I heard the man talk about me as I was walking out and I felt him starring at me. Our class was on the bus. We had our parachutes in our hands and ready to skydive out the bus. It was time. We reached the top. After the bus stopped everyone got up and was really excited. The bus doors flung open. People started to jump out, we went on the drivers word. We went one by one. You can chose to jump out with another person. Destiny and I chose to jump out together. Our turn finally came. We looked at each other and held hands. It was safe to jump now, we both got really excited. Once we jumped, all I felt was this rush of excitement and fear all throughout my body. We were definitely screaming all the way down. It felt like you were falling forever but it was really about a 7 second drop. But you were coming down fast. As we neared the lake, we let go of each others hands and made it into the lake with a huge splash. We both came to the surface for air and we were both so happy and excited. It felt awesome but scary. Everyone was swimming in the lake and having a good time. I caught another snake lol I loved catching them and I released it again. We were there for another 30 minutes then we all headed into this building that was there at the lake. It was nice inside. There was a room for everybody to sit down. I was the first to come inside. I saw the bus drivers phone on the table. He had a screenshot of this quote that was like a paragraph long. Once we all say down, he started talking about how well we did today and then he got to the quote. He started to sing it. Some people laughed. Destiny and I laughed but quietly lol.
